Migrations are scary enough let alone cloud migrations for clients who unfamilar with the technology behind it. We’ve been able to stream line the migration process and give customers great cost estimates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

very easy to manage right out of the box. best choice if you have azure and want to limit downtime Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

the cost, it could be cheaper. also i wish i could recover to local location as an option Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Azure Site Recovery:

if you are using for DB make sure you connect with SQL studio to rename the old DB and once recovered rename the new one to the old name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

if a client changed something or a site was updated and now its not accessible. now i can just recover the site quickly and minimize outage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Azure Site Recovery?

DRaaS model allows you to pay only for resources that you are using with Site Recovery, no need to have very expensive redundant starage on-premise. Work fantastic fow Azure recources and Hyper-V VMs in your datacenter Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

working with VMware is a challenge, you need to deploy additional configuration servers on-premise Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Data Migration from onprem to azure was super easy to replicate and manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

replication might take a while depending on how much data is coming across Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
