What I like best about the VS Code is its versatality and ease of use. It supports a wide range of programming languages, has an extensive library of extensions, and offers a smooth, lightweight experience without compromising on powerful features like debugging, "Git integration", etc...,. It makes coding efficient and enjoyable, no matter what the project size is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about the VS Code is that it can become resource-intensive when too many extensions are installed. And sometimes the frequent updates can cause extensions to break or become incompatible, which can be frustrating during the active development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can do code in any language and also there is so many extensions to make my coding easy and fast.It makes my implementation understandable and shows errors and warnings before compiling even using extensions. Now they have added llm models options as well to resolve errors and makes development easy .There is easy to integrate with github and update the code in no time. The advanced integrated development environment (IDE) in Visual Studio includes strong debugging tools, code completion with IntelliSense, and seamless Git integration. It is immensely helpful to be able to handle complicated projects involving different programming languages and frameworks in one location. Customization to meet particular development demands is also possible because of its extensive library of extensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When working on huge projects, it may cause performance concerns and be slow to load, especially on less powerful devices. Furthermore, because of its vast feature set, the initial learning curve for new users may be quite steep. Enhancing the user experience could involve making the user interface simpler or providing more guided training. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The clear User-Interface. Visual Studio has a clear UI which makes it easier for rookie as well as pros to develop products easily.
It also has a plug-in eco-system where we can have tons of plugins which make coding very easy.

While Visual Studio is available for macOS, it is not as feature-rich as the Windows version. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Software development is all included in an IDE known as Visual Studio, to provide all the tools necessary for development. It is the best product of Microsoft, available freely, and one can build very pleasing servers, apps, and websites with it. In compiling the program, it's nice to use the syntax checker when coding. Another one is the autoformatting of lines and text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no words to describe how everything in this place is good. Everything is operating flawlessly. PC users with comparatively lower system capacities might face a slight delay due to its size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
