Allows my team to automatically answer calls for our system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Will occasionally have sound connection issues, but it is an easy fix. Lately there have been connection issues where it starts saying 'connecting.." and won't allow a call through for ~25 seconds. Through my works program the account will come up but it doesn't automatically answer and the caller will hear me but I cannot hear them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have used many software in the past but this one seems to be reliable and lightweight software, very easy to use good sound quality. It's free to use so it is a big plus. Excellent documentation online to answer various questions about this software.
I really like the idea of getting rid of my desk phone and just using my laptop. Since we were converting to VoIP phones, that seemed like a reasonable idea.
Is a quick software and something really smooth and generally working fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes using this software seems like one of the works. Calls wouldn't come through--my phone simply wouldn't ring. Or I'd call someone and they couldn't hear me. In essence, my "desk phone" became so extremely unreliable that I would go into other people's offices to make phone calls and I let the rest of my team know they couldn't reach my by phone. The app is really lightweight and low profile, doesn't require a lot of knowledge to set up and can be used on practically any computer. a really good softphone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It happens to be a little too basic from time to time, some key features may be missing like video or call recording, if you need to use anything other than just phone calls you are probably better off with a different service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using the app for about a year and a half and so far i haven't come across any issues, the service is really basic and delivers. Call quality is above average and is really lightweight as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
