It allows us to spend more time with the patients without having to look for their data and search for it in a long time. Great features of organizing by name, taking phone allowing us to spend more time on other tasks. **What do you dislike about MicroMD EMR?** There is not much not to like, maybe the design could be improved or some functionalities could be added, however, in the current stage, everything seems to be working fine and nothing is missing crucially. **What problems is MicroMD EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Switch from the old system to the new one that allows us for keeping digital records of the patients. ### 2. Its a older system, so alot is out dated. **What do you dislike about MicroMD EMR?** the system is old and there is alot of steps to do to be able to use the system functional. **What problems is MicroMD EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have not been solving any problems on micro md emr. ### 3. It really helps when I need to find a patient's encounter recently done. I can organize by last name and poof its there. I also love the effect that it can tell you how long a patient has been discharge or the room they are located. I also love the phone messages. It makes taking messages from patient and other Doctor's a breeze. **What do you dislike about MicroMD EMR?** There is only one issue I have is that with our recent update I have a hard time seeing whether or not a patient is checked in from PM. **Recommendations to others considering MicroMD EMR:** you wont be disappointed. **What problems is MicroMD EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication around the office, with other Doctor's and the patients. The time stamp makes it easy to see when the first message started, when it was resolved. EMR is a fantastic addition to the software used to make our office run efficiently. ### 4. It is very user friendly with a wide reaching scope of medical records. Locating patients information quickly is crucial and this program is smooth sailing. **What do you dislike about MicroMD EMR?** There really isn't anything I don't like about the program. **What problems is MicroMD EMR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are finally transferring our records from old style paper folders to EMR.
