**What do you like best about Microland Service Desk?**

I am accessing this software for the last 6 months as one of our client's suggestions. it is all packed platform which is pretty great and security-wise as well there is not much threatening and burden on as a company of it. Smart migrate is a pretty good option for transferring the data.

**What do you dislike about Microland Service Desk?**

Frankly saying not much but sometimes experiencing a bit glitches like systems and response is a bit slow other than that It is an amazing platform for the companies to choose it.

**What problems is Microland Service Desk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before migrating the data was a bit tough for us but with this service, we are doing it pretty great. Thank you micro land for such an amazing product. What mobility services are pretty great as well.
