My 1099 process was not set up properly in Sage and they very quickly found the problems and showed me how to solve them

**What do you like best about MicroAccounting?**

Great consultants - Theresa, Lorrie, etc.  They are very responsive and great to work with.  Their knowledge of accounting standards and best business practices led to a smooth implementation.

**What do you dislike about MicroAccounting?**

I don't really have any dislikes about the MAS team.  The only downfall is response time when they are offsite assisting other clients.. but I can't blame them!

**Recommendations to others considering MicroAccounting:**

Great resource if you are looking to implement a new ERP system.  Let the MAS team show you all their tools and how it will help your accounting team become more efficient.

**What problems is MicroAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Theresa with Microaccounting has been instrumental in making sure that our Intacct software meets our company needs.  She is quick to solve issues or direct me to the appropriate person or documentation.  She has also assisted with helping our company identify other third party solutions to enhance Intacct.

**What do you like best about MicroAccounting?**

User friendly interface, robust report writing, easy to train new employees on, dashboard that is customizable, affordable pricing, great customer service, support, and security.

**What do you dislike about MicroAccounting?**

Some very large, complicated corporate structures may not be best suited for Intacct.

**Recommendations to others considering MicroAccounting:**

MicroAccounting Intacct has been a tremendous asset to my business. Its ease of use, comprehensive features, and excellent customer support make it a standout choice for anyone looking to manage their finances efficiently. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of robust accounting solutions.

**What problems is MicroAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Back in 2018, we were looking for a robust, yet easy to use accounting and GL software that was compatible with our new shipping and receiving software.  Intacct came recommended with a direct feed between the 2 software.  Intacct gave us an upgrade on bank reconciliations, AP, GL accounting, month-end close, and reporting at an affordable price compared to our previous ERP.

**What do you like best about MicroAccounting?**

The staff that we've worked with at MicroAccounting have been truly amazing.  I am always impressed by their knowledge of their products and the patience they have in answsering questions.  They've gone above and beyond to help us find the answers we've needed when we have questions or problems.

**What do you dislike about MicroAccounting?**

I really don't dislike much of anything about MicroAccounting.  They honestly have been incredibly helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering MicroAccounting:**

If you are looking for a company that knows its products and is willing to listen to you, learn your processes and walk you through how their products can improve your processes, then I would highly recommend MicroAccounting.  We had used an older Sage program for many years so when we were in the market for a truly online, web-based program, we found MicroAccounting who introduced us to Sage Intacct.  Our processes are a bit complex and they were extremely patient and thorough in listening to how we ran our businesses and making sure that we were able to get Intacct set up in a way that would streamline our workflow and make access to information much easier.

**What problems is MicroAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to move our accounting operations to a truly web-based, online program from an older, server based accounting software system.  MicroAccounting was incredibly helpful in demonstrating how the accounting software we were interested in would help us streamline our processes.  This has made a massive difference in the way we're able to run our business.  We had made the transition in January of 2020 so as you can imagine, having a fully web-based program ended up being a God-send when March 2020 rolled around.

All of those involved understood our questions and needs and were able to respond in timely and organized matter.

No real downsides.  Sage is just a weird program in certain ways, but it does do everything we need it to.

**What problems is MicroAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently upgraded Sage on short notice.  We had forgotten about upgrading since talks months ago, and we were able to expediently get it done within a month of opening up discussions again.

The ease in getting in touch with support or anyone in the company. I never have to worry if my emails or phone calls will be replied to or answered. I also never have to worry about someone not being able to answer my questions or if they don't know they have someone on satff who does.

Nothing. They are one of our best vendors.

MicroAccounting helps in servicing our company for sage and sage hosting. They are always quick with a response to an inquiry and knowledgeable beyond what is expected. They have always found a fast and painless solution to any issues we have brought to them.

Anytime I have questions or issues, even outside of normal business hours, Caitlin Adams and Theresa Lamb are always available and work hard to help me. They are very knowledegable about Sage Intacct and can always provide solutions to any issues we may be having.

**What do you like best about MicroAccounting?**

MicroAccounting meets us where we are with skill level and adapts their ugrade process to fit our needs.   We have been using the Sage 100 software for many years and have advanced knowledge and a  diverse understanding of the upgrade process.   They are onboard to handle whatever tasks we request of them, but also trust us to handle parts of it as well.

**What do you dislike about MicroAccounting?**

I do not have any negative feedback regarding MicroAccounting.

**What problems is MicroAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MicroAccounting assists us with software upgrades.   We have two installs of Sage 100 and this year we were tasked with upgrading both of them. Having their well laid out plan for the upgrade process, data migration, and testing makes the process less stressful.

I am new to using Sage Intacct, I was thrown into my position and had to figure out all the moving parts of Sage on my own. MA has been very helpful to me with my questions and problems.
The team has a quick turnaround time in responding to my questions. This is very helpful when you must get things done promptly and can't figure something out.

There are no downsides or dislikes as far as I'm concerened. And I say that honestly.

This is my observation. They are well organized. Each team member has a specific role which compliments other team members. Consequently, their collective focus toward a project is sharper, produces efficiency, and the result is reliable customer satisfaction. Probably explains why I've been a customer of MicroAccounting for over twenty years.

They are prompt in providing assistance and always help find a resolution to my issues.

It would be nice if the cost of off-site support was built into the fees we already paid for the Sage package, which are pretty high.    Or if we could buy a package that alloted us a certain amount of support hours.

MicroAccounting helps me fix niche/specific issues I have when I am trying to book transactions.  I would not be able to find resolutions to most of these issues by using the "help" feature within the software.

Prompt, caring, attentive, genuine responses and interactions with our consultant, Heather. She's readily available, flexible, helpful, and patient.

**What do you dislike about MicroAccounting?**

I get a little bit frustrated with the lack of reconciliation, journal entry and adjustment documentation. But my problem with that is probably also partly due to our lack of controls and adherence to procedures internally.

**Recommendations to others considering MicroAccounting:**

Depending on your needs, I would consider them a great supplement, but NOT substitute, for a dedicated bookkeeper or accountant.

**What problems is MicroAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped get us moved from Quickbooks to Sage, provide continuous underlying support for that database. They have also helped with monthly close procedures, reconciliations, imbalance adjusments, and other various bookkeeping tasks.

MicroAccounting is our implementation partner for Sage Intacct. Sage Intacct is a more robust and efficient software than our current GLAP product. Transitioning to Intacct will enable us to complete our accounting processes more quickly and efficiently.

We have not found a downside or issue yet in the 5 years we've been  using them.

Just try them - you can't go wrong.  They learn your company needs and helps with delivering those needs and updates.

**What problems is MicroAccounting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Program was taking too long to process.  Kate was able to see what the issue was and tweaked the program and our labels now print with lightning speed.  Saves 5 to 6 minutes per label.  A guaranteed life send.  Very friendly and accomadating.  This is true with all tech support personnel at MicroAccounting.  Always helpful and quick.

They are easy to get in contact with and quick at resolving the issue.  They are very knowledgable.

I have not had any negative experiences with MicroAccounting.

MicroAccounting solved an issue I was having with running reports for our payroll.  I received a call back within minutes and they were friendly and very knowlegable.  They had the issue resolved in a short period of time and I was back up and running.  I am no longer having the issue with my payroll reports.

Over 25 years of service and support for issues that come up from time to time with the software.  I highly recommended MicroAccounting to our PlayCore IT department for the Sage product.

MicroAccounting has taken the fear out of change.  They have taken the burden away and made my life easier as our company transitioned to a new Point of sales system.  The data will flow seemlessly from the system to the accounting package thanks to MicroAccounting.  They followup and insure that everything is running optimal

MicroAccounting supports my team for SAGE. We do not have a super user and relay on them to fill that role. They are always prompt when we submit a request for assistance and really appreciate everything they do for us.
