I have been using it since the past year and have used two modules namely Incident Management & Change Management. The form creation for ticket creation is quite simple, hassle-free, and easy to understand, and since it is all database-related data storage and data loss prevention is quite good. And since it is a workflow-based ticketing system the user can create as many scenarios as required and it will work fine. The microfocus support is also good they reply on mails and when needed they setup a call for the resolution of query. **What do you dislike about OpenText Solutions Business Manager (SBM)?** The UI for the client should be a little better, many times there are UI-related glitches and then you need to restart the whole application.
