What do you like best about Micmac?

With Micmac, I have been able to identify the variables involved in my intervention processes in our company, through our prospective analyses and quantitative methods, and with Micmac, we conduct our root cause analyses, which makes it easier for us to identify dependent and independent variables. What do you dislike about Micmac?

With Micmac, my research projects have been easier in the midst of identifying variables. It provides me with a report that helps me understand the weaknesses of the company and which variables are related, so it has been very useful for me, and I have never had complaints. Recommendations to others considering Micmac:

All companies should use Micmac to identify variables that will improve their processes in the future, providing better results to their processes that help their organization be the best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Micmac solving and how is that benefiting you?

In our company, we have tried to identify our weaknesses and strengths compared to other companies, and with Micmac, we have been able to create a list of variables which indicate which ones are related and, best of all, which is the key variable. This last one depends on what we want to improve or what we have in our favor that other companies do not have. It is a very comprehensive software that, through its cross-impact matrix, allows us to analyze the variables even if they are not related and project the situation that may arise in the future. It is an excellent tool that allows you to understand the analysis of subsystems for the interpretation of influence and dependency diagrams based on a Cartesian plane that indicates input variables, regulation variables, output variables, driving variables, autonomous variables, to mention a few, which helped us in the results of our analyses to improve our processes.
