It is available only in english. 
If the software or the course can be available in different language, it can get max reach.

Easy access through smartphone app
User friendly interface (easy navigation)
Ability connect multiple accounts into one account.
Can be used by people without computer knowledge skills,
Very fast response times whenever there was questions asked regarding issues related directly pertaining privacy law requirements under General Data Protection Regulation 2016 / 579/
