The platform also provides strong workflow automation, risk scoring models, and dashboard-based reporting, which helps leadership gain real-time visibility into the organization’s risk posture. **What do you dislike about MetricStream Enterprise Risk Management?** One area where MetricStream ERM can sometimes be challenging is its implementation complexity and configuration effort. changes and deployment required ample time, rigid platform for custom changes. **What problems is MetricStream Enterprise Risk Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** MetricStream solves this by providing a centralized platform for identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the enterprise. It integrates key components such as risk registers, control libraries, issue management, compliance tracking, and reporting dashboards, enabling organizations to manage the entire risk lifecycle in one place. For me, the benefit has been the ability to standardize risk management processes, improve collaboration across teams, and provide leadership with clear visibility into the organization’s risk posture through dashboards and analytics. Risk levels must be clearly defined, aswell as issues which is good. Detailed information on action plans cann be written **What do you dislike about MetricStream Enterprise Risk Management?** Windows for improvements (ERM version): - make it dynamic: it is not a brainstroming tool, the tool cannot be used for risk workshops or for a quick desktop risk assessment task - disturbing for experienced users, risk paractioners, risk managers with a strong track record in risk management, risk workshops or risk assessments. design not aligend with practice in the real life. - the full spectrum of a risk scenario containing e.g. the risk, issue, action plans, inherent and residual risk rating and comments, etc. on one single page cannot be displayed but switching from one( limited) view to another: not practical, time consuming for reaching the information we want to check - appli contains many "locks" by default (or design?) - many bugs and time for solving can be an issue - the (very) structured tool (positive points) does not facilitate the management of the information (and the change), handling information and navigating through the app is painfull sometime when a large amount of information is to be registered. - reporting system with tables (issue registers, action plan registers, etc.) always tricky to tailor and manage. - specific comments that may need to support risk information cannot be processed and the tool is not designed for maintaining a visible comment sections when working with the issue form or action plan form. - some functionalities difficult to use **What problems is MetricStream Enterprise Risk Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Take time to solve bugs Time to solve change requests after testing period Functionalities clarification I am finally less productive that the use of a detailed risk register on an excel file where an entire view of risk scenario can be displayed, saving time in managing quickly the information to share or simply to manage with risk / issue owners ### 3.
