What do you like best about Method CRM?

Method has allowed our company to better manage incoming leads by helping us input customer interactions and create follow up activities. This allows us to personalize our interactions with our leads and even our current customers.

Implementing this into our office has allowed for us to nurture and turn quite a few more leads into customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

There are a lot of redundancies in estimates to invoices. When one could just create a sales order and send to customer rather than go through all of the prompts to move from estimate to invoicing. Estimates are just estimates and sometimes change when an actual sales order is made. It would make sense to remove the estimates and just have sales orders and invoices.

Anytime we try to do a sync (lead to customer), the server boggs down our system and crashes our computer. We have opted out all together to run syncs for this purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Method CRM?

As a small business, we love that Method CRM has a 2-way sync into Quickbooks. The support is very responsive, and will esacalate issues that can't be resolved right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

Method CRM is lacking when it comes to project management. We would love a way to organize with photos and show which items have been received in the warehouse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it is very user friendly, it pretty much mirrors Quickbooks. The customization possibilities are nearly endless. There is a lot that can be done with it. It's really a great system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Method CRM?

For our sales campaign, I tried a few different CRMs in the past, but none seemed to function quite as well as Method CRM does. It enables you to obtain more qualified leads and expand your company more quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

Although I like the touch method CRM adds to my leads, I do struggle a bit trying to import data from another platform. That said, I think they have great features and also have room for improvement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Method CRM?

The integration with QBO - Apparebtly I must enter more text than just a few words Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

The insability to interact with email. you can send an email from Method but when the contact response, the only way to capture the resposne is with teh side bar - but there is no way to respojknd with the string. What a pain!

The formatting on outbaound emails is much too limited.

What do you like best about Method CRM?

Only CRM we found that seamlessly transmits and updates quickbooks online donor data and vice versa in both directions. All CRMs, including salesforce, only go in one direction. Data input into method updates customers in quickbooks, and quickbooks updates to customers updates method. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Method CRM?

The pre-made reports require some updates as they are not visually appealing out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
