The best part about using MetaCaseDesk is that it provides cloud support as well. We use Microsoft 365 with this software. It is fairly simple and easy to use compared to Tableau. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tool has less community support and fewer tutorials. First-time users face a lack of support but it's a great tool once you get comfortable using it. Would love to see more features in it and good community support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
SOme of the things i like about using this tool are:
Data backup at office 365
There are 2 portals which makes it very easy to work,Support and client
Easy view of ticket
