What do you like best about Messagepoint?

This software does its job, it enables the automation of simpler tasks and communication. I like this since it frees up employee time to work on more engaging tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Messagepoint?

This is not specific in anyway to Messagepoint, but I do not like AI communication. I'm not too fond of spammy messages or messages without human feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Messagepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has allowed us to use money more efficiently. Instead of paying a bunch of employees to do the simple work, I am able to employ Messagepoint, thus eliminating a lot of our costs of operation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Messagepoint?

Messagepoint is the best software that helps me to deliver the right content to the right customer quite easily as compared to other applications. It is a web based tool so I can use it for communication content creation and also for testing approval and delivery. It helps me in doing all these tasks without any support or intervention from my department. Apart from that I can easily create complex spreadsheets in order to arrange and handle all my communication content. So, in short this product offers a huge help in managing all the customers in any organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Messagepoint has all the right features and functions that I want. So, for me everything is perfect in this product and there is no major uncertainty in it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This product also helps me a lot in making righteous decisions. So, for me it is the best solution to all my problems. It allows me to edit all my communication data with the best web-based editor that it has. Also, the graphical user interface of this product helps me a lot in making things different from others. What problems is Messagepoint solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me this software is a blessing in disguise as it has the capability to test all the communication contents so that I can easily edit any response. Moreover, I can also check whether the particular response has been delivered to the right person or not.
