What do you like best about MessageDesk?

First, MD helped me separate my cleint base comunication from my personal messaging. Second, the ability to schedule outgoing mesages is huge. Third, the fact that tecnitians can comuicate with cleints directly without giving out their own phone number AND as the company owner, I can monitor these comunications. What do you dislike about MessageDesk?

When the cleint messages us and another receipient, it turnes into multiple threads. There does not seem to be an easy way to participate in a group thread. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MessageDesk?

There is a long list of the many splendid things:

1. Fast

2. Can have mutiple users as Admins, but everyone sees or can respond

3. Phone App: when I am not in the office, I am still connected

4. Broadcasting

5. Easy to setup

6. Templetes are the holy grail.

7. Cuts down on unread emails, mail flyers through USPS

8. Send links to Company pages

9. Allows the office to help address needs out in the field

10. Everyone has a phone, so text messaging is a direct hit.

11. Customer Support is always there.

12. Use it 7 days a week.

What do you dislike about MessageDesk?

The only struggle was resgistering our number. Once that was completed.....settled into the good life. Also having duplicate contact numbers. Takes a bit to clean up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MessageDesk?

Bouncing around and getting a lot done quickly is super easy and intuitive. It gets the job done better than the dozen or so other solutions I've tested. Not a lot of hoops to jump through to get started. Great trial flexibility to really dig in without committing. Most others are fairly limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MessageDesk?

Getting a custom number takes a little time, which isn't a huge deal. Per message pricing is a hair above average, but monthly subscriptions are lower, so it probably balances out for a pretty broad segment of customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MessageDesk?

I like how you can organize contacts into groups instead of clicking every contact individually. It helps us reach the target audience. Using our office number for the app helps clients verify the legitimacy of the message as opposed to a spam text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MessageDesk?

Updating and handling "duplicates" is tedious until you get used to it. The contact list isn't organized by alphabet or group, so you have to search by name. It isn't a big deal, just takes more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MessageDesk?

What do you like best about MessageDesk?

I am constantly surprised by how easy, helpful and useful MessageDesk is. Writing and scheduling broadcasts is quick, clear, and offers multiple ways to include or exclude contacts. The shared inbox my team uses keeps messaging organized and our customers happy we don't miss any messages. Adding contacts with either tons of info or very little is great. What do you dislike about MessageDesk?

There really are not many downsides to MesageDesk. My one ask would be adding the ability to schedule a broadcast using the same time as a previously scheduled one - similar to scheduling multiple emails in Google using the same send time. But's that it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
