Mesh is easy to use. We use it for stipend spend via corporate cards, and it fulfills this role great. The receipt submission is easy to use and the OCR works well. I use it on average 1-2 times a month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most frustrating part of using Mesh is the login process. While we have it set up with Okta, signing in feels buggy and often requires going through the login flow twice. This is true for both the mobile web page and iOS app (which is just a wrapper around mobile web). The biometric login is flakey and inconsistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to categorize each card with predefined values saves a lot of time on booking
The sync to NetSuite is amazing as well

It is incredibly easy to use, but sometimes it is a bit tedious when logging expenses such as public transport on trips where I do not get a receipt. I would like if I could label the cards on Apple Pay so I don't have to remember card numbers as I use various cards Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using Mesh really simplified payments for me on a work related trip. Taking snapshots of all the receipts, transparently integrating with Apple Pay being a regular credit card, and viewing all my payments in a one stop shop has been extremely helpful. It is super easy to use. I apply for travel and expenses to corporate and they approve a limited use virtual card. I can use the App or the Website to easily copy/paste CC and billing detail into any travel/air/hotel website. Expense mgmt is easy - and it auto sends an expense report each week without me having to review and build a manual expense report 2x a month. Love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Just a few suggestions for improvement.
Make it possible use the MESH debit cc for car rental reservations (need a credit card).
Make Take A Photo the first option when trying to snap a pic of a receipt for expense management (vs the upload option). Most people take a pic on the fly at the time of purchase ;) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It just works! We use Mesh for every cent spent on Saas, and it's all in one place. I know at a glance what we pay for, how much, and get alerts when expenses grow. None that i can think of, has been the best software that I have used for this. Would be helpful to get reminders that the due date for receipts are coming up - but that's nothing too major. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
