MESH is compatible with ApplePay , so super easy to use all around the world.
A couple of times I needed to contact Customer Support, which I did via chat - very easy, identified the proplem (my admin had not set up a feature) and so sorted out very quickly with minimal effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No downsides that I can think off. It would be great if I could give the virtual cards 'nicknames' in my iphone wallet, but that is a problem with iphone not MESH. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helps facilitate and organize the entire payment process end to end - from the way that it shows the CC number, to tracking the payments, and the ease of use of sending the invoice directly from my email, and it goes into the correct place in Mesh and files it. On the employee end, I like the ease of use with Mesh. I can have different cards for different things within my job, and I love how easily I can switch between which one my physical card uses. The mobile app has been very easy to use as well. From the user perspective, it's easy to use, you can set up your Google Wallet with the cards fairly easily. Every expense that needs receipt you're prompted both via email as well as app push notification to provide it, and it validates receipts automatically and fast. Makes paying and submitting expenses straightforward. I've only used on a single trip, but no concerns so far. When I requested my company for extra budget for a concept, it was almost instantly fixed, so there must be a good management layer too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
