All data in one place. With one click on the loan you can navigate easily to find the information needed. The integration is seamless, and that's crucial for my work as it's needed on all loans. The initial setup was super easy, which is always a plus for me. Very receptive to feedback and are willing to work with us on finding a solution to any problems we have. Constantly trying to make the product better. **What do you dislike about MeridianLink Mortgage?** Reporting, workflows, conditions/tasks, notifications, and audit could all be better. More granular control over the permissions and accesses to certain pages and functions in the system. It's great for smaller mortgage companies. **What do you dislike about MeridianLink Mortgage?** Since the system is pretty antiquated (in that there's quite a few functions that the program does NOT do) - it's really only optimal for smaller mortgage companies. I would NOT recommend this for a larger national lender. **What problems is MeridianLink Mortgage solving and how is that benefiting you?** In a smaller mortgage company setting - LendingQB is a good option because it's simple to use. However, you don't have the option of importing docs from a third-party (like EllieMae or Blend) - which is why I wouldn't recommend this program for large companies. For small companies, it fits with a slower paced environment since it's simple to use and easy to navigate. ### 10.
