"Effortless Credit Reporting with Seamless Integration"

What do you like best about MeridianLink Mortgage?

I find MeridianLink Mortgage to be a nice and easy platform for pulling credit reports, especially with its ease of use being built right into my Loan Origination System (LOS). The integration is seamless, and that's crucial for my work as it's needed on all loans. The initial setup was super easy, which is always a plus for me. "Streamlines Lending, Needs Intuitive UI"

What do you like best about MeridianLink Mortgage?

I find MeridianLink Mortgage makes everything easily accessible, which is really helpful. I appreciate how it allows me to streamline the lending process, manage lending the money, and explain things clearly to customers. The initial setup was very easy, I'd rate it a 9 out of 10 for ease. fields cant be changed to a default - ie running do/du we should be able to default to re-issue credit - NOT pull new credit

on a FHA loan the default should be to finance the upfront MIP. from paid cash... i could go on Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has everything in one place. no need to be redirected to other pages... it has been a very good experience all the way from implementation until now. What do you like best about MeridianLink Mortgage?

This system is pretty user-friendly and the UI is pretty intuitive. It's great for smaller mortgage companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MeridianLink Mortgage?

Since the system is pretty antiquated (in that there's quite a few functions that the program does NOT do) - it's really only optimal for smaller mortgage companies. I would NOT recommend this for a larger national lender. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MeridianLink Mortgage solving and how is that benefiting you?

In a smaller mortgage company setting - LendingQB is a good option because it's simple to use. However, you don't have the option of importing docs from a third-party (like EllieMae or Blend) - which is why I wouldn't recommend this program for large companies. For small companies, it fits with a slower paced environment since it's simple to use and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
