I don't like that when wires are too big, it takes a long time to process. Also, it doesn't give me a reason why it's taking long to process. Also, withdrawing money from the treasury fun takes too long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Mercury has helped streamline our functions and has helped to keep data categorized in a very accessible manner. This tool has made working a lot easier and more convenient. I love the request payment feature that allows me to send payment links to clients and I can get paid directly. I typically collect within the hour I send my invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The request payment feature is restricted to an email contact, and only that email contact. When billing companies with dedicated Acoounts Payable functions, it's hard for them to pay me using the link and usually a few email conversations on getting the right payor happens. Example is I bill the CFO or CEO, but their accounting department handles the payment and that department doesn't have access to see the invoice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
