It was relatively easy to get set up and started. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Poorly thought out transition to new payment provider. They canceled physical debit cards prior to distributing new ones, canceled virtual cards and replaced the numbers, forcing us to change payment setup with every vendor.
2. Virtually no customer support. We have an international wire that was sent nearly two weeks ago to us. Our client had it traced and it has been received by Mercury. Emails from customer support indicate that there is an issue, they hope that our funds will be deposited eventually, someday.
They have become completely unreliable as a way to receive funds from clients and pay vendors - kind of what a bank is expected to do...
Update: they provided me with a provisional credit while the issues with inbound wire transfers get sorted out. I still have serious concerns about their reliability, so I can't recommend them, but it is only fair to acknowledge their efforts to deal with their wire transfer issue. robust card, robust bank account, and great dashboard. Easy to get a US bank account.
we love how easy you can pay for services and how easy to accept ACH, also it's very easy to get an unlimited number of Virtual debit cards.
