**What do you like best about Mercury?**

I started working with this AI platform about 2 years ago and after all this time I have never had any issues in developing chatbots for my business easily. It was really good two years ago and still they were able to improve in many ways. For example: AI training performance, enhancement of their UI, enabling their Chatbots for Whatsapp Business accounts, secure account- and user management and many other things.
On top of their great cloud software, their customer support is quick and always kind. I've never had any problems wich they couldn't help me solve.

**What do you dislike about Mercury?**

What i didn't like was their old message inbox UI but the new one is great to work with.

**What problems is Mercury solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using a chatbot for your customer support or FAQs helps us in many ways. Its 24/7 uptime and fast reaction time make it easier for customers to get the information they need quickly. If our bot happens to not know the answer to a customers question, we are also able to jump in by ourselves, handle the situation and improve your bot alongside of that.

**What do you like best about Mercury?**

Mercury's service support was really helpful. It is possible to map powerful and complex dialogues with Mercury. The structure is kept very simple and you can easily build a chatbot even without higher programming skills. There are already trained bots for specific requests/dialogues.

**What do you dislike about Mercury?**

The documentation on Mercury's website was partly insufficient. It did not really help us. Furthermore, there was the added difficulty that the documentation was in English. It was especially difficult to follow very technical explanations. 
We would have liked a manuscript to serve as a guide for chatbot development.

**What problems is Mercury solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to map a delivery date query with Mercury. We are very satisfied with the result. The bot works very well after a short time.

The collaboration and support from Mercury. The very easy use of the tool. The great ideas of the Mercury team to improve the chat bot.

The interface design can be improved on some pages.

We relieve our customer service with the Mercury solution. The customer gets all answer to his questions directly on our website without using a third medium.

Great customer success manager, flexible platform, precise NLP

**What do you dislike about Mercury?**

Backend design is not too intuitive, limited build-in visual changes possible for the chat widget (doable via custom CSS though)

Guide the customer through the webshop, help customers to get questions answered and find matching products
