I've been working as an online proctor for Mettl for the past nine months, and I highly recommend the platform for assessments, examinations, and candidate screening. The usage of AI during proctoring also aids in maintaining a constant eye on the candidates while lowering the number of people required. With the help of seamless AI support, Mettl can handle problems like cooperating with several candidates and monitoring them independently. It will detect if the test-taker is gazing away from the screen, possibly to consult a smartphone or a buddy on the side. You can schedule many examinations at once, and the video proctoring, and window-shifting alerts will keep track of everything. In terms of UI-UX, I believe the application could be made a little more user-friendly. Another proposal is that platform should support the dark theme feature. Mercer Mettl supports 30+ languages which solved our difficulty and workload in translating questions from English to other languages and vice versa. Remote proctoring availability of the platform is another highlight. This platform is highly user-friendly and does not require lengthy training and orientation. The most appealing features of Mettl are the easily accessible link and the comprehensive survey. Using the Mettl interface, managing the recruiting of Tech Talents becomes a breeze.
