Pricing sometimes feels on the higher side, especially for smaller teams or frequent assessments. Some of the advanced features take time to learn, requiring additional onboarding time for new users. Also, custom report configuration and deep analytics at times feel a bit less flexible than expected, and minor latency/performance issues at times of peak usage do arise.
