Also , the process to initiate a test from Mettl is simple too. **What do you dislike about Mercer Mettl 360View?** Mettl should have a format for the candidates who solve the test For Eg - MCQ's First followed by Structured problems then unstructured as that will be easy to comunicate with the candidate on what pattern of questions they can expect.
