**What do you like best about Mercer Mettl 360View?**

Mettl is an easy to use platform. It has variety of tests to test the initial candidate knowledge about the field he is applying for. Also , the process to initiate a test from Mettl is simple too.

**What do you dislike about Mercer Mettl 360View?**

Mettl should have a format for the candidates who solve the test For Eg - MCQ's First followed by Structured problems then unstructured as that will be easy to comunicate with the candidate on what pattern of questions they can expect. The test questions are difficult to solve as it is meant to check the candidate's knowledge on the domain expertise.

**What problems is Mercer Mettl 360View solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It benefits me by eliminating the candidates who do not even have basic knowledge about their domain at the initial stage. Also , it highlights candidates who possess extraordinary expertise.

**What do you like best about Mercer Mettl 360View?**

Mercer Mettl 360view (MM360) is one of the most dominant software in the industry to maintain a trail of the human resources and their operating model. For example, if there is a blueprint at which any particular worker is sitting on the fence, then with the help of MM360, I can comprehend that there is some kind of guidance necessary for that individual so that I can extract the most out of that person.

**What do you dislike about Mercer Mettl 360View?**

MM360's interface can be daunting at first for certain individuals and I also think that with so much competition giving free trials, they may re-consider their steep pricing and offer a demo.

**Recommendations to others considering Mercer Mettl 360View:**

For the companies looking to make their hiring process much more convenient than it may already be, I would suggest to try out MM360. Not much con's and a lot of benefits to be realized.

**What problems is Mercer Mettl 360View solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MM360 virtually ticks all the boxes in my book. I mean it makes completing numerous tasks way simpler, such as rating groups, adjusting the ranking levels and structuring surveys etc. Eventually, you make the most of the generated information to tidy up the employee's skill & performance.
