**What do you like best about Memtime?**

Here’s a polished review you could use:

I’ve been using Memtime to track my time and integrate it with our Xero Projects, and I’ve been really impressed with it.

As an accountant, accurate time recording is important, but I’ve always found manual timesheets or constantly logging in and out of different systems quite frustrating. Memtime has made this much easier.

What I particularly like is that I can work freely throughout the day, then go back at the end of the day and clearly see what I’ve worked on. From there, I can update my timesheets accurately without having to rely on memory. I also have the option to log time as I go along and link it directly with our Xero projects.

The interface is simple, efficient, and easy to use. It has made time recording much less of a chore and has helped me be more accurate with project time.

Overall, I think Memtime is a great piece of software and I would definitely recommend it.

Sometimes the level of detail shown about your activity varies depending on which software you’re working in.

I sometimes forget which clients I spent time working on, and then I end up not billing them.

**What do you like best about Memtime?**

I love the fact that Memtime is easy to use. It's right there on my taskbar, so it pops up whenever I need it. I also really like that it's color-coded, which makes entering different time entries for various clients and projects easier. Seeing it on a daily basis helps me separate the different tasks I'm doing for different clients. I also appreciate that I can go back any day of the week and enter my time entries when I have time and peace of mind, and everything I need is there. The initial setup was great with my clients' migration handled by the Memtime team, making it a breeze to customize tasks.

**What do you dislike about Memtime?**

Well, the only thing I wish it had is that it integrated with my case practice management software. I've been told they're working on it. That would be the one thing that would really, really make this an amazing fit for me, but it works great for what I use it for right now.

**What problems is Memtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Memtime keeps a daily log of everything I do, making it easy to review and enter time entries. It's convenient and color-coded, which helps manage different client projects efficiently right from my taskbar.

**What do you like best about Memtime?**

I love that Memtime can make suggestions based on activity that I can just approve or adjust on my timeline, making it so easy to figure out my billing. I also love their documentation and customer support; as someone who works in tech, I've seen a lot of terrible documentation, but theirs is actually really good, and support is always so helpful. The initial setup of Memtime was pretty easy, with the process of installing, allowing access, and setting up categories and rules to auto-suggest timeline billing based on my activity being straightforward, with the rules working really well.

**What do you dislike about Memtime?**

I would like to see them add billing, both per client and on a project basis, and it would be nice if it could actually track across devices. I use my tablets and even my phone for work and that's not tracked. It's not a big deal -- I am working on my tablet most of the time, but if my computer is down for some reason and I'm using my tablet, it would be nice to have it track.

**What problems is Memtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Memtime automates time tracking, cutting billing from days to hours and reducing non-billable hours. Its activity-based suggestions and good documentation make timeline management easier, allowing me to focus more on my projects.

**What do you like best about Memtime?**

I like Memtime because I can view my times down to the minute or in thirty-minute blocks, which helps me either have a really quick overview of what I've done today or check what I've done in the last hour when I've switched between clients. The initial setup of Memtime was really quick and easy, and it's a very intuitive app.

**What do you dislike about Memtime?**

It would be good to be able to drag my time in batches to make just one time slot for a client. So say if I've worked five minutes here, thirty minutes there, ten minutes there, it'd be great to select those three time slots and make them just one entry that will go over to Xero projects.

**What problems is Memtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Memtime saves me from writing Post It notes for tracking time and transferring it into Xero, making time management more efficient.

**What do you like best about Memtime?**

Memtime makes time tracking effortless. The automatic tracking works in the background and gives me a clear overview of what I’ve been working on without constantly starting or stopping timers. The interface is clean, easy to use, and fits naturally into my daily workflow. It saves time and helps me stay accurate without extra effort. I am using it daily and in case you have any problems their customer support is just awesome.

**What do you dislike about Memtime?**

The only thing I’m missing is more control over task visibility when integrating with ClickUp. I’d love to be able to manually mark (for example, with a star) which ClickUp tasks should appear when creating a time entry. This would make task selection faster and more focused when working with many tasks.

**What problems is Memtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Memtime solves the problem of forgotten or inaccurate time tracking. Because everything is tracked automatically, I no longer need to rely on memory or manual timers. This improves accuracy, saves time, and gives me better insight into how I actually spend my working hours.

**What do you like best about Memtime?**

Memtime's automated tracking capabilities make my team's time keeping very easy. Being able to integrate with Asana is a game changer for us. Everything is in one place and we don't have to worry about tracking our time manually. The reporting features are easy to use and provide a consistent format everyone can read.

**What do you dislike about Memtime?**

I wish Memtime had a way for managers to review timesheets and approve with either a review step or a digital signature. This would help us with our reporting requirements in a way that would remove one step and one system from our process.

**What problems is Memtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are required to track our time to meet contract obligations. Memtime makes tracking our time spent on specific projects simple . Without Memtime we're left to track our time manually. That introduces potential for human error and having to rely on our memory to recall our meeting schedule and calendar events.

This is a very helpful time-tracking app. I especially like that it shows which file I was working in, which is a big help for freelance work.

It’s a bit pricey, and I especially wish there were a lifetime subscription model so I wouldn’t have to add it to my growing list of subscriptions.

**What do you like best about Memtime?**

I love how easy Memtime is—it captures everything without needing me to manually log. Unlike other time-keeping apps I've used, Memtime does it all for me, taking the guesswork out of time tracking. The customer service is very responsive and friendly. They even extended my trial period a bit longer when I wasn't ready to move to the full paid version, which was very much appreciated. I also like that I can adjust details manually if needed, and being able to assign a client to a particular segment of work that Memtime captured is really helpful. The initial setup was very easy too, and I'm already recommending Memtime to others.

**What do you dislike about Memtime?**

There's nothing that I dislike about it at this point. I've finished an extended trial period and can't wait to explore it further!

**What do you like best about Memtime?**

The auto task tracking with the integrations for ingestions allowing a detailed view of my time from multiple sources in one view. For example, the apps on my PC alongside my calendar from outlook but also the calls I was on in teams. It allows me to easily highlight where my time is going, but moreso highlighting multitasking for double billing and also, but easily quantify and highlighted unproductive draws on my time, especially as a Team Lead interacting with multiple other departments.

**What do you dislike about Memtime?**

Like most - The price but also the setup for individual users in a corporate setting.
The strongest for me was the single pane view, but this requires the higher tiered subscription and company administrators to authorise the integration. This can be cumbersome in some organisations.

**What problems is Memtime solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accounting for my time across various "grouping" of work from leading my team, my assigned work, and the work and topics I'm pulled into from other teams.
