Their structure, consistency, and coachability stand out. The team ramps quickly, sticks to process, and maintains steady outbound activity. Communication has been strong, and Joe and Charlie in particular have been proactive and easy to work with. They respond well to feedback and continuously refine messaging, which helps improve results over time.

**What do you dislike about memoryBlue?**

Like most outsourced SDR teams, performance improves as they get deeper into your market and messaging. There’s a ramp period where results are more activity driven than conversion driven. They also perform best when there’s tight alignment on our ideal customer profile, messaging, and expectations. Without that, results can be inconsistent early on.

Go in with a clear ICP, defined messaging, and a tight feedback loop. Treat them like an extension of your internal team, not a set it and forget it vendor. If you invest the time upfront and stay engaged, they can drive strong outbound activity and consistent pipeline generation.

MemoryBlue is helping us scale outbound prospecting and build consistent top of funnel pipeline without adding internal headcount. They take on the heavy lifting of outreach, follow up, and early qualification so our sales team can stay focused on running discovery and closing deals. The benefit is increased activity, more booked meetings, and broader market coverage than we’d be able to handle internally at the same cost and speed.

The only hurdle is the ramp-up period. They require active mentorship and coaching in the opening weeks to master the talk tracks. While this demands more time upfront from our team, that initial investment pays off directly in the overall quality and success of the project

I highly recommend this partnership, provided you are willing to commit to a rigorous onboarding phase. Despite initial skepticism—given the complexity of our industry and the time required to get them up to speed—the ROI has been excellent. I really appreciate how memoryBlue is helping to open the door of organizations and build traction in the market for our solution. Dean H's ability to build rapport with potential clients and to follow up on leads, whether hot or cold, has provided us with opportunities to talk to organizations we didn't have access to before. His hit rate is fantastic, organizing a double-digit number of meetings within the first couple of weeks. It's all about the excellent service provided by Dean H, and I want to see them continue this level of service and impact.

Our team didn’t have the time, expertise, or internal resources to run effective outbound prospecting on our own. By learning our offerings, identifying and engaging the right decision-makers at target companies, and consistently booking high-quality meetings, they've been incredibly valuable, saving us time and ensuring we’re focused on meaningful conversations rather than chasing leads.

Beyond getting our foot in the door at companies we've been after for years, they’re genuinely a pleasure to work with. They show up to every meeting with passion, motivation, and a desire to push higher. I really appreciate how memoryBlue made an instant positive impact on our field sellers with their speed to market and high-volume outbound sales activity. The professionalism and production of their campaign were impressive. Their cold calling strategies taught us that 'Cold-Calling' is not dead, and they consistently helped drive net-new meetings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. I also value the personal touch of being able to coach and provide feedback directly to the team, rather than interacting with a bot.

Not able to use other sales tools our field sellers had.
