It is flexible, customization is easy, and support great. Tailored libraries fits my business operations to manage everything from payroll and job carding. Implementation of new customizations is easy. Integration with Google Sheets and Zapieris great for generating realtime reports and automation. Offline functionality ensures me and my team stay productive. Memento is the app we use most frequently and becuase it can be customized for almost every aspect of our operations. Each library's permissions must be set up by its self, which takes time. An option to assign an admin and Supe Admin roles for managing permissions to streamlining this process will take away some of the team setup pains. Also, the Android app's performance on lower end devices can be problematic, becuase it loads slow, reduces efficient access to team members without investing in more expensive high end devices. I'm a bit of a data hoarder and I find this app brilliant. Over a decade ago I switched from the iPhone to Android platform and was looking for a tool to track mostly my vehicle mileage for business reasons. I was using TapForms on iPhone and when I switched to to Android I found Memento. One of my favorite features of this app is that it is contantly maintainted. Even from a decade ago the feature set and quality keeps improving. The few times I have had to reach out to support, the experience has been great. If I was to pick a negative it's the subscription model to get access to the coolest stuff. However, I'm am happy to continue to support this developer as I get rewared with each update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Data input and export options are very flexible (to Google sheets, csv etc.) - well insulated against getting locked in to software

- Generous free option (for permanant or trial useage), though most serious users will want to upgrade

- Reasonably good community forum and documentation

- The payment tiers as currently constructed are not really that helpful. There is an urgent need for an intermediary and cheaper tier with allows use of the desktop app and full android app, but perhaps with less data allowance. I think the developer must be losing out on users who would stump up some cash but choose not do do so because the intial pricing step is too large, and they do not have a need for very large amounts of data storage

I've been using it for years. With it I was able to create my own professional control system, I am an insurance broker. In addition, I have the inventory of various hobby and collections. It has a clean interface, and the learning curve is relatively easy. I would like to know how to program in Java Script to increase efficiency and it has so many functions that it can be used for practically everything. I love that you can create custom databases which the fields that you require and also be able to see templates generated by other users.

I don't dislike anything about the database but would like some options adde as below.

- Be abl;e to purchase more online data

- Have more autofill options for different items.

- More videos on how to customise the features.

It is easy to setup a form that is understandable for everyone, the database behind (output) is secundairy. If you what to change a little thing, you do it in a second. Easy pdf output of data, can use it on multiple devices (PC-android-IOS). No internet connection needed, so always in opertion. Javascript and calculation fields, so you can get direct results instead of just a plain input form, with aggregation setting to disable/enable visible input fields when needed or not.
