I like how Member Solutions is proactive in helping schools grow. They've been fantastic at introducing me to the Martial Arts Teachers Association over a decade ago, which has helped me build a great relationship and membership period. I also appreciate how Member Solutions processes my student's tuition efficiently, which, combined with the benefits from the Martial Arts Teachers Association, helps me get more students and retain them for longer at a higher tuition rate. Member Solutions used to host webinars with John Graden and other leaders, but I don't think they do that as much anymore. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of access from various devices, the ability to communicate with staff and clients and the various information pertaining to fitness programs and nutrition plans that are available for clients to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no alert to any staff member when any adjustments to your schedule is made. For example, a GM books a session with a trainer for 8AM the following day and the trainer has already left for the evening - there is no alert to the trainer that he / she now has an 8AM appt. In my experience, it has caused a huge amount of trainer / client / sales employee issues, and ultimately leaves the client with a poor image of the gym. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
