What do you like best about Mellow?

What I like most about Mellow is the fast payout speed for contractors — payments are processed quickly and reliably, which makes a real difference in day-to-day operations. What problems is Mellow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mellow solves the problem of paying international contractors, which used to involve a lot of manual work and administrative overhead. "All I want is a simple way to pay my contractors"

What do you like best about Mellow?

The best is that I do not have to worry about money transfers to the countries that have restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mellow?

Very very hard to use.

1. When you create a task it asks 50 different fields but all I need a title of the task, description, assignee and price. And it should be the very first step. All other fields should be removed (or at least make them optional or allow user to configure it)

2. Once I created a task, It should be clear how the task proceed through the states: Draft, New, Assigned, Accepted, Completed, Paid. And it should be easy to progress through the states. I had to hunt down where is the button to move from Draft to New and then ask my contructor to accept it. etc. It is all so very difficult to find where it is

3. I with there was a feature that I can just pay my contractor directly without any tasks.

4. I am a vendor and I have heard you have a pull of contractors, but I could not easily find them. Is there a list I can see contractors and what skills they have? I tried to createI a posting, and it was more or less easy (with AI help). But I could not figure out what happens next.

If there will be no updates within a few months. I will most definetly be looking for alternatives.

What do you like best about Mellow?

I use Mellow to pay contractors around the globe, and I find it very fast and easy. I like the fast support that gives me good reassurance, especially when I transfer money through ACH payment and feel nervous about sending it to an unknown service. I like that with Mellow, everything is on one hand. It's easy to handle currency exchange and make payments quickly from the company via invoice. I like the simplicity and clarity of Mellow regarding tax regimes and client onboarding. It truly solves the problem of understanding the taxes of one's country, helps choose the most suitable regimes, and importantly, Mellow monitors sanctions, which allows partners to work with me without fear.
