While the core HR functions are strong, the platform still feels incomplete from a full people-development perspective. Everything around payroll, attendance, and day-to-day administration is well supported, but there’s no built-in Learning Management System (LMS) within their own ecosystem. For an HR function that’s trying to move beyond administration into capability building, that absence creates a real gap.
