**What do you like best about MedTrainer?**

I love that I can assign my staff education that they need to complete for compliance, and I love that I can also assign them policies that need to be reviewed and signed on a yearly basis. It  takes the hassle out of having to track down people to get them to sign a paper copy. We also use it to track our expiration dates on medications and supplies, which it isn't intended for but it works for us and allows us to save on having another program to track those things.

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

I do wish they had a better tracking program to track expiration dates of supplies and medications. Again I realize it wasn't built or intended for this use, and we have been able to make it suit our needs, but I think this would be another great option to integrate into your platform. Previously we had used accurate accreditation, which was a great program for tracking of expiration dates, but didn't offer us the other things that MedTrainer does. Being a small, single physician practice, we have to save costs where we can.

**What problems is MedTrainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance with education
Tracking of Provider Credentials, education, certifications, etc. 
Tracking of staff certifications, license expirations, etc. 
Policy Management 
Having the ability to have all of our education in one spot, where it tracks completion, etc is a huge benefit and makes it so we don't have to schedule a specific day to do inservices with education and policy review.

**What do you like best about MedTrainer?**

I like the ability to chose the different training sessions for our staff and  have them automatically resend out when they are due again. 
This way I don't need to remember everyone. 
I like using the incident report as well.

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

It would be nice if Medtrainer had premade bundles for OSHA/HIPAA, instead of us needing to pick them manually. 
Some of the trainings get to a little long, if we could shorten them up that would be great.

**What problems is MedTrainer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A good spot for our OSHA/HIPAA training and incident reports and SDS all in one spot

**What do you like best about MedTrainer?**

I like that the platform is fairly simple to use. I know that I have not yet accessed all the features available, but I am excited to learn more. I appreciate the way that MedTrainer is consistently improving the platform as well! Our employees are able to navigate it easily and complete their required trainings quickly. I love that I can email customer service and get a response within 24 hours!

So far, I haven't yet found anything that I dislike!

Its an easy application to use. Its easy to find in our home page.

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

Its hard to determine if the class is to be read or if the system is going to read it to you. Also when you finish the class it its hard to end the class in regards to where it the finsh button or do you just x out.

All the training is in one spot and easy to assign and use.

Easy, central place to monitor completed training and to ensure documents are filed correctly. It was easy to transition from our previous product and was intuitive to our users.

Removed some manual tracking and allows for a consistent method to track various OSHA items

It has taken quite a bit of time to build the system to do what we need.  Incident panel filtering could be improved by allowing users to create their "favorite" setting/view.

Med Trainer has removed several manual tracking processes and streamlined medical and dental processes and some training

I can't think of anything that may just be a result of me spending more time in the module.

Manual processes and reporting.  Saves me a lot of time and eliminates the risk of forgetting something.

MedTrainer keeps training documents and tracking in one place.  It has made the onboarding process easier and more efficient.

It's not very intuitive.  Looking for specific incident reports has not been very user friendly.

It has made it much easier to track annual and new hire trainings.  It's streamlined the process for employee incidents.

**What do you like best about MedTrainer?**

The ease of use is just a dream to work with. I was able to set up all of our groups and employees without complications or needing to check their detailed training pack or ask the support team to help. On any areas for insurances or validations that I was uncertain of the support staff responded immediately and we were back on track, all my questions were guided in a meeting and I was supplied with an email breakdown, incase I forgot elements, we had discussed.

I've worked on other systems and none can compete with the streamline of this system.

I'd like if they would change some wording of the drop down menu.
For example , I'd like my credentialers and providers not to all be in the same section under employees, would be nice if they were separate.

None. MT does what it’s designed to do which is to keep us up to date on our training.

MedTrainer is great for our required training for accredidations. I like how easy it is to assign trainings to the entire staff. It is easy to use and the course library is extensive. The implementation set up was easy and the provided training was great.

I haven't used MedTrainer for long, so I'm not sure about dislikes yet.

How easy it is to manuever around it.  Older employees still tend to use paper forms.  Younger/newer employees are more computer knowledgeable.  When I myself have had trouble, all I do is make one phone call and they help me solve my problem.

I don't really dislike anything about med trainer.

When I first started working there were a lot of incident reports on paper.

They added Maryland to the credentialing which helps. they are pretty fast at solving most issues.

Numerous classes for OSHA compliance. Easy to navigate the system.

Could add more NY based classes for compliance for NYS nurses.

The program has a wide variety of classes which are OSHA compliant. I really like the fact that I can assign clinical staff as well as non clinical staff with the specific courses they need.

Ricardo was so very helpful! Gameday Men's Health is the fastest growing Men's Health Clinic in the US and they were well equipped to help us and get us up an running. The MedTrainer platform is very easy to use but if you ever get stuck I would just email Ricardo and he was quick and super helpful!

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

Gosh, I am not sure I have a "negative" comment. I would say  if you are technically challenged it could be a little difficult to use but don't worry! They have a great staff that will help you in every way.

MedTrainre was most helpful with getting us up to date Compliant with all things in a very quick and easy way. Implementation took no time at all and trainings were set out same day.

Finding the best training as there are so many to choose from.

HR of one, allows for more time working on other projects, while this keeps track of all the important compliance and credentialing dates.

MedTrainer is simple to use, and meets our basic compliance requirements.  This is used for our annual compliance training program and built in reporting helps to identify who needs to complete segments.

The catalog is limited to generic business skills and the UI for building our own content is not intuitive.

Support replies rapidly (80% of the time, other times it takes months, even with follow up).
Has a good education library for workers.

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

Not intuitive for users. 
A lot of glitching when assigning trainings. 
Some trainings do not work well, causing a lot of issues for users. 
Certificates/trainings not going through as completed.
Had so many issues over the past year and a half, felt like a guinea pig for a new system.
The Training: CMS - Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse  creates a lot of issues.

**What do you like best about MedTrainer?**

Medtrainer has made our staff continuing education and training easy and organized. As an adminstrator it has made implementing the courses for the staff stress free! We love the number of courses and features it has to offer to keep the material interesting for staff. This program was an easy integration into our office and I would recommend to any office that deals with annual edication for their staff.

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

After our initial set up and course package selection I wish the program would just select or suggest the next class to be completed. (Lazy on administrator part)

We struggled with finding educational course to fit the needs of our accrediation process. Medtrainer gave us a stress free program to assign courses, track progress and keep everything organized!

**What do you like best about MedTrainer?**

The courses are easy to see and assign. It is pretty intuitive and requires little training. It is up to date with current healthcare standards and if it is not, they are good about accepting feedback for our recommended changes.

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

The document center or incident reporting is not designed effectively. You can't assign a person to multiple sites, which makes incident location reporting inaccurate. It is not the best system and would recommend, if you have the funding to purchase MedTrainer for e-training and find another platform for incident reporting.

MedTrainer is provideing e-training that is up to date on current healthcare standards and the training courses change year to year.

Their attention to detail.  They have such a wonderful catalog of videos and, as the administrator, it is easy to use. I have a small office, and still find it diffucult to keep up with all the necessary yearly training.  I have found that MedTrainer can eleviate some of the stress with their educational videos.

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

Cost, for an Ob/Gyn office is a factor.  As many are aware, the margins are small and budgets are tight. We are "lumped" in with every medical practice and the cost is an issue.

I have just viewed and presented to the staff the class on active shooter, and it was well done.

MedTrainer makes it easy for our organization to assign courses that we know that we can trust to cover the information they will need. Working in healthcare, we need to ensure our staff make it through our Orientation phase learning what they need to know about safety and HIPAA, and MedTrainer makes that a breeze.

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

I have yet to find a downside to MedTrainer in my usage of it as a Support Admin for our organization.

MedTrainer teaches our new staff the basics of safety and HIPAA privacy laws, which are critical in a patient care environment.

The staff members in each department are knowledgable of the product and more than willing to help.  The response time is great. 

The platform is intuitive. I like that you can upload and implement your own training to the platform and track completion.

The limited file format accepted when uploading company trainings. 

You can't bulk select completed certificates to download from the employee center. 

Does not have an open API to integrate with BambooHR platform.

I like that I can go to the sebsite and see what classes need to be done by my employees and how much of each class has been finished.

I do not need the political over tones. Saving batteries and recycling does not apply to every office and Medtrainer is very focused on Callifornia priorities. Not everyone wants to be "woke". Some of us want to servive and meet local requirements.

Support can be slow in responding; sometimes the content is not "leveled" for the audience - meaning too detailed for some roles.  Reporting is not strong suit.

You are able to have your employees stay up to date on compliance training. Plus it's very easy to assign and add new employees to the dashboard.

**What do you dislike about MedTrainer?**

What I dislike the most is that you must keep sending employees reminders to complete their tasks. I'm sure there is a way to send reminders to their supervisors only, but I haven't figured that part out. I would recommend that medtrainer put out or allow their clients to access a video library for training on adding futures or just general use.

MedTrainer allows me to customize training/learning to an individual or assign multiple courses to a group. This is helpful when training larger crowds but also versatile enough to send specific training to an individual.
You can customize it to your needs and the process is simple!

The only dislike about Medtrainer is having to verify a policy change. It is not a deal breaker but a step I have to remember to do.

**What do you like best about MedTrainer?**

I want to make any company about to do business with MEdtrainer beware of their contract. 
After years of working with Medtrainer , our company was forced to downsize after COVID and eventually had to close. I first contacted Medtrainer to make an adjustment to the number of users. However, they refused to make any changes . The contract auto-renews; therefore, when I would call to cancel, they would tell me I was under contract for another 2 years. I have requested that they adjust the number of users since we were a small company and went from 11 users to 2; however, they have refused to help,after a month of pleading with them, they only adjusted it to 10 users , as if that was much help.
Now or company is no longer in business. I have tried to cancel with them but they want to keep me under contract for 10 users until 2024 . 
This is not a way to treat a customer that has been with a company for years. I want to inform anyone that is considering this company to be very careful with the terms.

They are unwilling to work with a customer's needs.
