The solution is very customizable - so sometimes it takes a little bit to figure out what works well for our specific purposes and what doesn't. There are also so many features and tools that it can be overwhelming to figure out on your own. My largest dislike is it highlights the need to make other changes to our systems that are much more laborious. We are currently on desktop version of Quickbooks.
