Very easy to read a chart and find what you are looking for Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There should be more ways to 'stop' people on an account for whatever reason needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that it was very user friendly, and easy to navigate. Easy to train other staff members to use it as well. DId not crash much, unlike other systems i have used. Had help readily available both by phone and email if and when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

there isnt much i didnt like, besides it being a slow running program (but could be the computers themselves). Of the EHR programs ive used this one is my favorite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the system of post it notes within the program where you could communicate eith others and it was not part of the notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately I did not like this system at all. Most of the time I felt like I was going back in time using it because of the old look of it. Circa 1992. I really hated that it took so long to learn. It was not user friendly or intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Crashes or freezes too much and sometimes you have to do extra steps when trying to do something simple like move multiple appointments for a patient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
