Medidata Rave EDC is very user friendly and is customizable according to the study/needs. UI is improved a lot from Classic Rave to Medidata Rave EDC, and is now given in such a way that, all activities in data entry can be done easily. Edits will work only on save in Medidata Rave and helpdesk acknowledgement of issues is super fast, however, takes a quite long time to rectify the issues/errors. Being a user friendly EDC in end user perspective, ability to use this EDC, simultaneously in different roles for a same login, and handling different tabs/windows simultaneously, makes it one of the best EDCs to work on, as these features are not available in EDCs like Marvin and Viedoc.
