Whilst the platform is easy to use and streamlined in its UI, it can at times also be a little bit too minimalistic, and there is definitely room to introduce new tools and features -- like improved media monitoring, domain metrics records, and potentially even more journalist profile stats. The Medianet team can definitely utilise their data to see what other value adds they can provide to Medianet subscribers in the future.
The contact lists and saved list features can also be a little confusing, leading to double-ups in lists across both categories. There could be a cleaner way to consolidate these contact lists. That being said, ensuring lists are accessible for all members of an organisation is definitely a very thoughtful add and is considerate of the operations of media agencies and publications.
