What do you like best about MedCare MSO?

I transitioned to Medcare MSO from another group and noticed a much better return with Medicare. They did a much better job tracking down payments and ensuring we were getting paid for things that the old billing company wasn't securing for us. Medcare MSO is very easy to work with, offering smooth communication with the entire group. They truly work hard to ensure we get paid for the work we did. What problems is MedCare MSO solving and how is that benefiting you?

To give a quick background on my history as a medical provider, I have used various billing services for over 25 years. Yet it took hiring MedCare, (a little over 15 months ago) to highlight what I had been missing with other services/professionals to keep me searching for the right fit. So glad I did! With Medcare in charge, the increased revenue started immediately along with decreased billing errors/ claim denials and streamlined processes to allow constant communication between our office and theirs. They are beyond excellent with customer service and I have an entire TEAM dedicated to managing all aspects of credentialing, billing, appeals, collections, patient communications, Revenue Cycle Management, and insurance company relations. Transparency, trust and integrity are key relationship principles which have been mentioned by other billing services that, in my experience, are abundantly OVER-PROMISED and UNDER-DELIVERED. Medcare has consistently provided an elevated caliber of all billing and RCM services, including the above principles, and are truly well-trained and knowledgeable billing professionals. What do you like best about MedCare MSO?

MSO is constantly checking remittance from insurance providers to make sure that we have received payments. If a payment is missing, they make sure to let us know about it. Every week they give us a breakdown of what claims were submitted, worked on, and/or denied, the amount of payment we received and are projected to receive. They also communicate to us if there are any billing issues that we must resolve before they submit claims in order for there to be less chances of denials and delayed payments. While in the past there have been some delays in communicating issues about denied or delayed payments, MSO has constantly tried to correct and improve themselves. The team at MedCare MSO is helping maintain steady cash flow by submitting claims on a timely basis. If there are any issues with the claims submitted, they contact the health insurance provider directly to ask for the reason and resubmit the claims once the issues are resolved.
