I love how easy the system is to use and teach. implementation of new products and pricing is a breeze and the support team is always available with helpful insights. Everything you could need is available feature wise and Meadow integrates perfectly with our own system. I've been using meadow for the past 2 years and i've also used other pos systems like treez, and there is no looking back. i also love how fast and supportive the team over at meadow is whenever i would run into issues. i also appreciate all the feedback we give to them actually get implemented. I really like that if I have a question the staff responds quickly in the Chat. Also, there are many solutions to any questions that I can find in their help section. It has everything you need, from Inventory to product searches, to customer information. I am 71 and I find it very easy to use. I use it every day from 10 AM to 9 PM. It integrates wonderfully with OnFleet, our payment systems, and Weedmaps. We also use it to decide which products to purchase, and which marketing strategies work. The texting system is a great tool, so it helps us with implementation of these systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like it if it synked with Leafly like it does with Weedmaps. Also, it is hard that we can't text about weed, but that isn't Meadows fault. I also do not like having to do the ledger, but that als is not Meadows fault. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Meadow has a simple user friendly platform, things like the insights tab on the dashboard that allows you to toggle through sales statistics for x periods of times is helpful in determining revenue trends. Maneuvering around their dashboard is intuitive and laid out in way that does not hide important features.
While using Meadow daily for several years now we still typically run into some questions and the support chat has often been helpful for resolving issues and answering simple questions. Earlier this year we started working closely with Meadow on menu updates and had been in contact with Jordan who was helpful, we were able to reach out for any urgent needs through the phone which is not an option that Meadow provides support through currently. We really appreciate Jordan's efforts to assist us and we try our best to only reach out via phone in the event of an urgent need or emergency.
It is also worth noting that we have a secondary business that intially tried a new venture partnering with Blaze, and Indica Online before switching to Meadow. We spent a great deal of time and money looking for a "better" point of sale system and what we learned was : even if a POS system has offers many bells and whistles and promises you the world - it does not outweigh the importance of functionality and competent customer service. Now that we have overcome hurdle of testing out new systems and reintegrating the menu a third time we are content with our partnership with Meadow and are looking for to an advanced future. One of the few things I dislike about Meadow is the lead time on the follow through of larger feature requests. Currently the way our business highlights our deals it requires us to do a significant amount of manual changes on the back end in order for the deals to be displayed properly on our website. While there are current changes being made to the discount system that I am looking forward to, it has taken quite some time to get to this point. I recently met with some of Meadow's representatives and have been assured that this project is being worked on and that they have taken my feedback into consideration so I am staying optimistic.
Two other items that I think would improve Meadow's backend user and customer experience are :
Customer Support Phone Line : Open during business hours for immediate assitance in the event of any system failure to dire need of Meadow's solutions.
Referral Program : A system that is user friendly for Customers to refer their friends to X Cannabis Business and Receive Y benefit while the prospect who was referred receives Z benefit on their shopping at the business for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have been in the cannabis industry for over a year and a half now. I moved from a Patient Educator position to the role I am currently at which is Inventory Manager. I am so grateful that Meadow was my first exposure to cannabis business software. It is easy to use, intuitive and incredibly expansive. It has such a wide variety of tools from being able manage: customer profiles, purchasing orders, sales orders, online orders, budtender metrics. Meadow is truly a reflecting pool. You get out of it what you put into it.
The online help portal has been extremely helpful as well. Being able to search by keyterms and being given video and articles on how to troubleshoot is such a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are so many intricacies behind meadow that sometimes it is a little overwhelming. And alot of these tools are designed for much larger scale operations but I do manage to find specific use cases here at our one Shop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Meadows is great for many reasons. It has one of the most user friendly softwares and I'm often surprised at how easy some aspects are to use. There is extensive data collection and analytics that most platforms do not have. Organized website and POS application, makes it much easier and faster for new members to understand. Ability to categorize and be very detailed in the organization of the POS systems makes it very helpful in store. Acess to multiple interfaces of the system at the same time are also incredibly helpful. Adding members to the organization is incredibly easy and fast. The team at Meadow is so great. They are fast, helpful, and thorough in their answers. I have alwasy been able to resolve any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Is often slow or lagging when used on a desktop or mobile phone website rather than an iPad app. The amount of data does clearly make an impact on the usability of the website. No point in having the extensive searches if each letter I type takes 13 seconds to appear in the search bar. Sometimes this does have to do with internet connection but more often than not it doesn't. Some needed data or actions are not yet available to organization admins; I highly suggest displaying or being able to acess the admin that created or edited products, exactly like a purchase order or regular order. Also a more simple way to discount invoices when recieving them, possibly like the shipping & handling box but for a credited amount isntead of an additional one. Reporting is super easy, As well as putting in a order the process is so simple and fast. Never used a P.O.S that operates quickly. As well as managing Delivery Ledgers its so amazing. Their help center is always there from 9-5 and really is there to walk you through the system. I use Meadow 24/7 since i been working in the Industry! Meadow also intergrates really well with Onfleet, Weedmaps and now with the use of intergrated debit payments its super easy for debit cards to be used. The least helpful thing that i experienced with meadow is just the sorting through inventory besdies filtering. I would love to be ablet o make a filter and sort through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that you that you can lookup any product on the fly by typing a part of the product or brand name and it auto populates. I also like how you can see customers past purchases very easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
That once an order is pushed through, you cannot alter the order or add/remove promo codes. Sometimes customers change there mind or don't have enough cash at the very last step and it can take some time to fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
