During the process of looking for a POS system when I met with Meadow, I knew this would be the right company for my business. During our inital call, I didn't feel rushed. Thier professionalism, compassion for the industry, faith in their products, willingness to go the extra mile is beyond compare. The dedication with open communication during the months it took me to make a final decision was top notch! The entire process seems rather smooth! The night before we opend for sale the meadow team worked long hours to make sure that everything was just right for our soft opening! Their platform is so easy to run! Everything is right at your finger tips! Reports, implementing discounts, easy insights to view sales, everything you need to be successful with running your business!
I am so glad I choose Meadow because so far everything has been so effortless! Every member I have had communication with has been amazing! It might be easier to say what don't I like about Meadow as the list of likes is far too long. Let's start with the team.
Every single employee I've had the pleasure of interacting with from an engineer to sales to all the way up the chain to the ceo, has all been exceptional and memorable. A lot of core memories have been formed by Meadow as a whole. The number of features they currently have and the features that are constantly being worked on in the pipeline are extraordinary. Support is stupendous, and just the ease of use for the employees is bar none. I've had the pleasure of implementing Meadow into multiple locations and multiple different companies. The ONLY thing could be viewed as negative is not having an abundance of specials / discounts being able to be created but that is going to be a non-issue coming up soon as there have already been meetings had with what is in the current pipeline for Q3 / Q4. It rarely has glitches, tends to operate pretty smoothly. Lauren has been absolutely amazing with any questions and has been the most helpful rep so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few annoying quirks. It's weird you have to enter a drawer amonut before the drawer has been counted. When items are out of inventory, sometime it won't tell you until AFTER the transaction has been rung up. This is especially an issue when using debit, as you are prompted to enter the last 4 of the card/transaction number before the system gives you the notification. Usually, this can be adjusted by fixing a batch issue, but occaisonally we are out of the product and have to find an item of a simialr price to substitute it with.
When closing a drawer, cancelled sales and adjusted drawer balances appear in the total amount of sales, resulting in drawers appearing as being off when they aren't. Returns and exchanges give us some inventory issues, and Meadow does not allow us to return a product to inventory that has been rung up on a sale (even if it hasn't left the store). Cash back is also not reflected in sales although it includes it on the receipt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Meadow system is great on the way of keeping inventory tracking and the reports are amazing. Weedmaps integration is definitely a plus when it comes to updating the active inventory for customers. Purchasing orders became way easier with the new update of when you start it, the product is already there. Whenever I have a question, they are always a few minutes from answering which is the best part of it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When creating purchase orders, if you do it from the left menu Metrc > Incoming transfers > 3 dots > Create Purchase Order from Transfer you got to make sure to have created the Vendor profile before assigining products or when you add it, you'll have to redo the whole thing. I love how easy the system is to use and teach. implementation of new products and pricing is a breeze and the support team is always available with helpful insights. Everything you could need is available feature wise and Meadow integrates perfectly with our own system.
