What do you like best about MCube?

In my experience with mcube, I have the best results using all available integration in Mcube, whether it is IVRs, outboud calling, Whatsapp marketing, SMS marketing everthing is in one place. One the best use is OBD voice blast solution which reduced the cost of my organization in half. Daily report of incomming calls is one of the easy and best to use feature. What do you dislike about MCube?

after using it for more of a time i came to know that many things i have to ask backend(mcube team) to implement and I want to do it all by myself. Still due to fast reply from support this problem can be ignored. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MCube solving and how is that benefiting you?

In past I had to use many plateforms and gateways for many services. For ex. for sms marketing sms gateway, for Whatsapp Different gateway, but with mcube I have found all in one solution in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about MCube?

What do you dislike about MCube?

MCube dislike points for their downtime. We faced their downtime during our main working hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is MCube solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Mcube we used to call all our clients on our cell phone but we are not able to record the call for future reference. If we assign our leads to another sales member they are not able to understand the previous conversion from the notes we wrote in the comment.

Then we implement Mcube which helps us to record all our calls and it helps us to assign our leads to specific sales members. Also, we use the digital number which we can use in our digital campaign, hoarding, newspaper and radio to understand their performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
