As a software engineer I'm always looking for tools that make software management and system security easier. McAfee Integrity Control is a solid solution for ensuring that only trusted and approved software runs on our systems.

What I like most is how it gives complete control over which applications can be installed. This is extremely useful. And it is true for environments where compliance and safety are important. I have noticed that it reduces the risk of unauthorized software without slowing down the system.

I'll talk a bit about how i set up and my use case. I recently worked on a project in which I was responsible for securing systems in a highly regulated environment.
