What do you like best about Maximizer?

The ease of use and the number of great features. The ability to drag and drop into the files sections. I love how easy it is to modify files and notes and log interactions. With over 700 clients in our database it has really allowed us to be more organized and ensure compliance requirements are being met. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

I don't love the office 365 integration app. I find I have to go to my sent folder to save an email, it's not a deal breaker or anything, just an extra step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maximizer?

The best part about Maximizer is the ability to import Leads and spreadsheets or potential customers. Super easy to link the columns in excel to the right fields in Maximizer and you decide if you want them imported as leads, or companies with contacts or just companies. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

I wish that once you emailed a person and tied that person back to maximizer that it was done forever without having to click and connect it each time. I know we can save and track but with multiple people emailing the same customer if someone forgets this then the email isn't saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maximizer?

It make it a lot easier to keep track of our clients information and is simple to import new information once you get used to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

There were too many feilds to search though when trying to find where to upload the information. As a result, I deleted many of the fields and just created my own. This has caused issues with producing reports because i am unable to use the feilds that I created as a source of information for those reports.

This is not a large issue, but it would have been nice to know before I deleted the fields needed to produce the reports, or if there was a way to fix it after the point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer delivers exceptional contact management and sales automation functions that stand out in the market. The system simplifies our sales process through effective tracking of potential client interactions. The customizable dashboard together with reporting features reduces our work time by three hours weekly since they enable efficient sales tracking and problem identification. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

What do you like best about Maximizer?

For us, maximizer’s sales management tools are a game changer. It has greatly improved how our sales people can track and analyze customer interactions in real time. On the other end of the spectrum, their robust marketing automation features have saved us minimum 3 hours a week so we could basically concentrate more on the strategy and less than on the manual tasks. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Maximizer is overall good, but there are a few things missing here and there. One such example is when their mobile app can possibly do with a redesign - it's not the most navigable. What do you like best about Maximizer?

One of my favorite things about Maximizer includes the ability to change input needs to collect certain data. We are able to modify input areas very easily, allowing us to mold the platform to our needs. The ability to run reports helps our team collect the data we need in order to run committees and figure out where our clients are in the process. The ease of adding documents to each client's case makes organization super easy. As a daily user of Maximizer, it's also helpful to have direct communiucation with their customer support team, where they are quick responders when we have questions or need assistance. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer has the ability to keep track all communication history in one place, which helps to help keep strong customer relationship. It is very easy to pick up conversations without forgetting important details because of the ability to track interactions over time. Second, the reminders that it provides already eliminates the need for follow ups by giving me the ability to have them in the system. Contact management is structured well, so we can easily split customers into engagement level to inform how we prioritize outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Maximizer is pretty good overall but doing work on several contacts in same play can feel a little sluggish. It isn’t as seamless to move between different customer profile as I’d like to, and especially if I was reviewing multiple interactions quickly. Also, Updating customer details, which needs extra confirmation, makes repetitive tasks take longer. These are not big problems but does take a bit of time to get this worked out. What do you like best about Maximizer?

The Outlook and Word integration is seamless. It's a program that I use daily to complete tasks and organize client data in a way that makes sense. Maximizer gives me and my organization the ability to organize important client data to store for future use and prospecting. Things such as client personal info, any files I want to attach to a client's profile, pipeline opportunities, referrals and referral sources can all be tracked. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

It looks a little dated and can be difficult to navigate through some of the advanced search features as the location of certain tabs aren't necessarily intuitive. It often takes a long time to load through any amount of content on different dashboards.
