creating dashboards is a pain where you first have to create a search. creating bottom views for contacts is a pain. creating searches and saving them is a pain. having no recurring tasks is a pain

cheaper than most CRMs and can really be exploited by those not on any CRM

organizing tasks between members and everyone easily being able to see contact and additional info on any client

Web based and reliable integration with Outlook.  
Easy to use on a daily basis and to set up reminders and assign tasks.  It is important to get the simple essentials right but many fail at this. 

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

No easy to use mobile app.
Website is not as responsive as we would like it to be.
No integration with citrix services like ShareFile

The support is very lackluster and even after several attempts of scrubbing data, pulling reports is still not great.

i like that i can chat with someone live when i have a problem and most times it's very little wait to connect.

if i create an appointment and forget to link it,  i can't see when it was created so i can cross reference the time it was created with my emails that i sent around that time

i like that i can email my clients from maximizer directly without going thru outlook

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The most valuable feature for us is that it is completely customizable. We can customize it almost entirely to our business. It's also very user friendly and is handy to keep track of reminders, meetings and prospects.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The only thing I don't like is when I first open the program, sometimes I have to click view all entries to see them all. It sometimes defaults to just the maximizer contacts.. I'm sure there is a way to fix this

We are able to keep track of our annual reviews, our client meeting details, follow ups etc. much better. This definitely helps us stay up to date and compliant.

The ability to view every and all correspondence and required document for each client of ours.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The system only works on certain browsers.  I often use Internet Explorer and the system is clunky and ineffective on this browser.

This allows us to keep track of every correspondence with our clients.  It allows us to recall everything that was sent out and conversations we have had.

I like that you can personalize it and I like the icon for the advanced search.

The system is very slow. When clicking to different parts of maximizer it tends to freeze up.

I like having a cloud-based CRM that allows me to access important information on the go, and send emails

I wish the program was more functional with our corporate email system - and I wish that I could automatically have replies brought into the CRM functionality.

I'd recommend Maximizer for those willing to invest the time to make the software work for your needs. Need to be able and willing to customize for full power.

Maximizer allows my team to coordinate and build effective partnerships, and track information and conversations across projects.  We are able to stay up to date and effective through better information sharing.

Use the trail version and try it yourself. Using a CRM takes committment and process re-engineering but can add tremendous value if done right.

Flexibility and customer support plus all data is secured in Canada in Tier 1 servers.

Some of the pre-programmed aspects like having to have a household for families rather than just the ability to associate individual contacts.

Definitely road test it first since it is a Cadillac and you may only need a Tercel.

Systemization and automation of some business processes and central repository for all client data.

It has gotten prettier! It is much better than when we had started using it.

It is kind of bulky for a CRM in today's world. It is not okay that you cannot search notes for keywords. This is a huge pain point for us. Just needs to be more user friendly with some much needed added features :)

What I use Maximizer the most is locating their contact information. I like that we have the ability to customize the columns.

The fact that emails cannot be synced to Maximizer automatically. Currently we have to manually put them in by syncing our email, but actually having a way to login to our emails through maximizer and work on the website.

Nothing really. Just contacts and storing notes.

Somethings are not intuitive. Like the process necessary for some of the admin tools - changing existing user defined fields

It's a great product to use. The ability to have so many user-defined fields is imperative for our business. They make completing searches and created lists/schedules a breeze.

My company does not allow me to install the plugin that connects Max CRM to Outlook, therefore I lose some functionality. I'd like to have a built-in connection via web. I like it as is, perhaps the search functions could be simpler or more robust...

Easy to use, layout is convenient. Having multiple users sharing the same profile is very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Does not work with all browsers - microsoft integration has issues sometimes. We have to use maximizer with internet explorer - even though all our other programs use chrome.

CRM is used to manage client lists - creating lists with different client types, householding etc.

I love the notes section and the ability to pull up that information through search.

I dislike some of the interface, but really, it's simple to understand and very intuitive.

Keeping the business organized, being able to pull up contact information, notate client's accounts and have a track record of all changes done. The ability to search notes is great.

Email system still appears cluttered and direct link to outlook could be cleaner.

I find it bulky for exporting data.  It goes down alot, slows down alot, and we have to shut it down and reopen it to get it running quickly.

Having information on clients at the tip of your fingers when speaking with them.

You can not see if documents have attachments easily; you can not track quotes

Maximizer does not tie in with many other apps/programs out there, and is limited in features, but easy to use

It's a bit complex when you take a look at it for the first time. You don't know what's what. But the training that is held makes a huge difference

Template/Email editor.  Calendar scheduler (can't ask clients to pick an empty time, though everything is web-based). No notes/history search functionality based on a specific word or words.

Make sure you know exactly what you want.

User Defined Fields - you act like a programmer to create your search and the mobile ability to quickly create shortcuts.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

GUI could be more user friendly. Sometimes I find it difficult to locate the tabs.. different color scheme could be helpful.

Categorizing has become so easy. Benefit of pocket - "Time is Money" so it saves a lot of time.

that a single user cannot purchase just one license - I highly recommended Maximizer to a Financial Advisor/Insurance Broker and she was told that she could not buy it for just herself.... she is the only person working for herself and does not require more than one user license

Loving that we are no longer being stood up for appointments because of clients forgetting - the email reminders for appointments is a great tool!

Outlook Integration is fantastic, and the fact that you can print notes and e-mails on one report is a very useful tool.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Word integration is spotty and a little unintuitive. It's possible to get used to it but I much prefer the old integration.

Keeping a database of all client communications and scheduling meetings, primarily.
