Maximizer simplified customer contact management for our legal and sales teams, it also allow us to negotiate terms, amendments, and ensure compliance within the CRM. When a deal is ready to close, the quote and order managements tools let us to generate custom quotes instantly, it has shortening our sales cycle. Another highlight is with their seamless integration with Outlook, we can log an interaction or attach a signed contract to a client's record directly from our email inbox, which has keeps our document management is perfectly synced without manual upload. I also use the cloud version of Maximizer apps daily, and having all this information accessible via mobile apps means I can pull up all document and analytic report in real-time, whether they are in the office or on a tablet at a client site. Implementation wise, it is easy to setup when migrating our legacy data and setting up our custom templates in less than two weeks with proactive customer support assistant.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Most of my experience is positive, but has some issue with role permission. Maximizer make it difficult to change user permission levels for accessing sensitive document, I can't restrict individual files without changing a user's entire role. I wasn't a major turndown for the software, but would be very helpful if I can set the permission easier and straightforward.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Things that Maximizer has simplify for us is for managing customer contract and quotation in a single cloud environment, it has eliminate the risk of using outdated term and pricing. This benefits us by protecting our margins and ensuring our sales team stay compliant with legal standard.

Using Maximizer every single day to manage customer details, request and conversation is my new normal now.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Some of the issue that I notice with Maximizer's campaign management is with their complex template edit to build a email marketing campaigns, it take me some time to totally understand all the segmentation logic and to actually sent-out the email. There is also limited option for branding customization, it would be helpful if we can use more modern design flexibility to shines our corporate identity page.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 4. Highly Customizable CRM with a Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Osckar P. | Senior Accountant & Client Finance Manager, Accounting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer delivers powerful customisation options that align closely with professional accounting operations. We have configured dedicated custom fields to store client tax identification numbers, ongoing audit status and GDPR data consent records, which fully satisfies local German financial compliance standards. The platform automatically archives all client communication records including phone calls, emails and offline meetings, enabling our team to retrieve complete historical client data quickly at any time. Granular user permission settings effectively restrict access to confidential financial information and strengthen internal data security. Native integration with Microsoft Outlook automatically synchronises business correspondence and meeting schedules, greatly reducing redundant manual entry work. It is stable in daily operation and well-suited for mid-sized financial firms to carry out client maintenance and regular audit management work.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The platform has a noticeable learning barrier for new users. Mastering workflow configuration, personalised dashboard layout and advanced data reporting functions requires systematic training and long-term practice, which poses operational challenges for employees with limited technical experience. There are no official pre-built templates designed specifically for German accounting and tax service scenarios. Most business pages and work modules have to be created and adjusted manually, which raises the daily operation cost for frontline staff. In addition, its compatibility with mainstream local accounting software still needs further optimisation.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It integrates fragmented client information, work notes and business schedules into a unified management system. Our team can effectively avoid delays on tax declaration arrangements and client audit follow-up tasks. All staff can access unified and real-time client profiles, which eliminates information asymmetry and repeated work within the team. It standardises our whole client service process, improves overall team operational efficiency, and simplifies daily data compliance inspection work.

 ### 5. Insightful CRM with Robust Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge M. | Senior security analyst, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I really like Maximizer for its action plan features, which are a major highlight because they allow me to create a standardized checklist of steps that automatically trigger whenever a new lead is added. The dashboard customization is very helpful as well. I can build a visual report of our monthly revenue and lead sources in just a few minutes without needing any help from our IT department as the setup is simple to follow.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Some of the challenges of using Maximizer is the interface is so feature rich that it can feel a bit overwhelming for a new user who just wants to log a quick phone call. The mobile apps have improved significantly with the newest updates; however, it still lacks some of the deep reporting tools that are only available on the desktop version.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maximizer to get a complete view of our sales pipeline and customer history. It solved customer relationship blindness and organizes all client data, ending scattered information issues. It helps predict deal closures and prevents dropping leads during the sales cycle.

 ### 6. Maximizer improves customer relationship management in our daily work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roberto D. | Key account manager, Renewables & Environment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer is primarily important to me because of the way it enhances customer communication coordination throughout my work. It assists in making sure that the details that are important are not overlooked when working with the clients. The features allow monitoring the progress and maintain communication within the team. This has enhanced my responsibilities management and made the interactions with the clients more predictable and structured.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

One of them is that some of the navigation routes are not as straightforward and this may distract my attention when I am busy working. Although the features are powerful, there are certain situations when one will have to make an extra effort to switch between the different areas.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This system addresses the issue of the loss or dispersed information about the customers in the course of work. In the past, keeping track of important information that could be in various locations was simple. Everything is now more organized and this enhances my management of client relationships.

 ### 7. Maximizer: Efficient CRM with AI-Driven Insights

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darrus A. | Human resource Executive ll, Internet, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I find Maximizer is very valuable for managing high-value client relationships due to its capabilities in handling large amounts of client data without missing small details, thanks to the AI summary feature which ensures I never forget details of previous purchases during live calls. The product also solves latency issues we previously had. I appreciate how it captures leads directly from our website and sends instant notifications to my mobile apps, which helps immensely with quick follow-ups. For our compliance team, Maximizer simplifies the headache of data residency by keeping all our sensor information secure, making it compliant with industry regulations. Additionally, the setup process is easy, allowing the cloud version to run quickly, and the new onboarding tools make importing our contact list much smoother than before.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The daily interface is a bit dated compared to modern, colorful CRMs that other software in the market has. The pricing lacks transparency; most plans require annual subscription, which can be a big hit to the budget compared to the monthly subscription options that we usually pay.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Maximizer, I never forget small details of client history due to the AI summaries, solving memory gaps. It triggers real-time notifications to sales reps and secures data residency, fixing compliance headaches.

 ### 8. Streamlines CRM for Financial Services, Needs Better Mobile UX

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nguyen M. | Office Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I love the financial service specialization in Maximizer, especially the deep integration and the predictive AI features. I use it as a high-performance center to manage a complex sales pipeline and client relationships. It serves as my primary database for tracking interactions, histories, setting follow-up reminders, and managing my daily tasks. Its AI activity timeline is deeply integrated into my workflow, automatically summarizing my calls, emails, and appointments, which makes preparing for client meetings quick and easy. Maximizer's new AI-powered insights help identify cooling opportunities in our pipeline and suggest specific actions to keep deals moving, which is incredibly helpful. The platform also eliminates the administrative burden of regulatory compliance by providing robust audit trails and secure data hosting built with financial services in mind.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The mobile app's navigation still feels a bit clunky and makes it difficult to view full team appointments when I'm on the road. Moving between multiple customer profiles and performing bulk actions on light sets of contracts can occasionally feel sluggish compared to more modern tools. Also, the requirement for annual billing on most plans can be a hurdle for small teams like us that prefer monthly flexibility.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maximizer CRM to manage my sales pipeline and client relationships. Its AI insights highlight opportunities and suggest actions, reducing compliance burdens with secure data hosting. It also automates call, email, and appointment summaries, simplifying client meeting prep.

 ### 9. Maximizer brings structure to daily customer interactions

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Artur B. | Senior account relationship specialist, Management Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The best thing about Maximizer is that it maintains the customer information in a manner that is easy to navigate. I am able to read between the lines on the interactions and significant details very fast hence I am able to react more appropriately in my work.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I kind of dislike that not every screen is clean and uncluttered with numerous choices, so I struggle to narrow down on what I require at that time. Even the simplest actions may seem to be slowed down, due to the volume of information displayed. The features are also helpful but may be too many and overwhelming to use when completing simple tasks.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer addresses the problem of losing important customer information and having a disjointed communication history. Before we started using it, details could easily be overlooked or forgotten between team members. Now everything is kept under one roof, which makes it much easier to understand each client’s situation and pick up where someone else left off. As a result, we collaborate more smoothly and make fewer mistakes that happen when there isn’t enough context.

 ### 10. Flexible CRM with Robust Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muaaz H. | Customer Support Agent Tier ll, Environmental Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I really appreciate the flexibility of the user-defined fields in Maximizer, which let us track hyper-specific industry data points that most out-of-the-box CRMs would ignore. I also find the global search to be quite reliable for digging up obscure details from years-old cases, as long as I know exactly what I'm looking for. Another feature I find valuable is the column setup, which allows me to save different views of our database and toggle between them depending on whether I'm doing call outreach or account management. This has saved me a massive amount of storytelling.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I'm getting annoyed with the advance search logic part of Maximizer. It's way too picky about syntax and often can't find what I need if there's even a minor typo. I think the developers should add fuzzy search logic that suggests close matches to make it easier to use.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maximizer for opportunity management and sales tracking. It organizes client data efficiently with custom columns and reliable global search, saving time by highlighting critical information without extra clicks.

 ### 11. This CRM finally gives us the full customer 360 view we needed

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Enzo D. | CRM Administrator, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The overall contact management and sales tracking features are magnificent. Maximizer enables us to have the history of clients and their interactions and sales prospects in a single location. The customizable dashboards ensure the visibility of our sales pipeline and the performance of our teams. I also find the automated email campaign features to be quite helpful in nurturing leads and interacting with the current customers.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The interface is functional but somewhat outdated and might be more intuitive. At times it can be tiresome to manoeuvre through some of the more in-depth settings. In addition, the reporting is also good, and more specific custom reporting may demand a stiffer learning curve.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our sales team previously had a problem of scattered information about customers and sometimes not following up on them which resulted to loss of opportunities prior to Maximizer. Our client information and sales are now centralized, which ensures the presence of a single source of truth. This has greatly enhanced efficiency in our sales process, provided a higher level of customer engagement, and provided us with a lot better ideas concerning our sales performance.

 ### 12. A clearer way to track deals and client interactions by our team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amaldo N. | Customer success manager, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

My best feature of Maximizer is the way it helps me to be seen in my work. I can easily check the history of customers and know how I interacted with them without keeping notes. The features will enable me to be more considerate with the relationships. It enhances my communication with the clients since I never lack context. This has enabled me to make my work more professional and also has enabled me to form stronger business relations.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

What annoys is its appearance and the manner in which it handles on the day to day basis. The interface is outdated and basic operations can be harder than they are supposed to be. Although it is a convenient product, it is not always intuitive when switching between them.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary issue that Maximizer will resolve to my advantage is maintaining a record of customer activity in a dependable manner. I was missing details or neglecting some of the steps but now it is all on the screen. It also makes me well organized and makes sure nothing significant is put aside. This has seen my job more stable and manageable particularly when handling more than one client simultaneously.

 ### 13. Maximizer CRM supporting structured account management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Client services director, Consumer Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The aspects that I like best about Maximizer CRM are that it enables teams to learn the past history of individual client relationship. During our online store setup, the sales and marketing communicate with the same customers and therefore it is easier to have those details visible so that collaboration is much easier. We occasionally read message history of messages sent by Microsoft Outlook and compare it with campaign notes of Mailchimp.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The thing I have found with the Maximizer CRM is that there are certain screens that are a little older than the latest CRM software. In the process of onboarding new sales people on our e-commerce business, there are situations where they cannot quickly locate some of the available options. This can at times drag down their initial weeks of dealing with customer records.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our sales department, Maximizer CRM solves the problem of scattered customer information. Before using it, emails, notes, and account details were spread across different places. Now everything about a client relationship can be reviewed in one profile. This helps our e-commerce sales team prepare better for conversations because we can quickly see previous discussions, quotes, and requests.

 ### 14. Our sales team benefits from clear account histories

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario G. | Key Account Manager, Farming, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The greatest benefit that I perceive with Maximizer is the fact that it maintains an extensive history of each client. At my place of work, we have a lot of repeat clients, and such records help to recall previous talks or offerings. Another advantage that I like is that we can save contracts and presentation files directly in each account profile. The fact that all of this is documented in the relationship with the client area assists our sales team to continue and have a clearer picture of the past interactions with the client before each new conversation.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The visual design of Maximizer is one of the problems that I have observed - it is somehow old fashioned compared to other newer CRM applications. Things run smoothly, however, some of the screens are overwhelming and may take some time to navigate through when updating contact notes or deal info.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer aids in resolving the issue of contextual disconnect with long term customer relationship. A significant number of discussions with clients were recorded in personal notes or email chains that were not easily accessible by others before its usage. All the meeting summaries, all the proposals and all the discussions are now stored in customer record.

 ### 15. We found a way to manage our customer relationships super efficiently

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santiago D. | Account Manager, Health, Wellness and Fitness, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The client interactions and history organization is the best part of Maximizer. I can easily look beyond messages and follow ups that have been scheduled without having to scroll through emails or spreadsheets. The available features of opportunity tracking, task reminders, and document storage are quite beneficial. We also integrate it with the Outlook thus everything is documented in the correct client profile automatically.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The negative thing about Maximizer is that some reports and views may take a long time to be created when it is dealing with numerous clients. This sometimes postpones the process of preparing management meetings in my sales position. The features count is convenient, whereas it may also require an additional amount of time to scroll through a big list of opportunities or filter according to several fields.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It address the issue of dispersement of client information in my daily working process. Prior to its application, it was hard to track communications and follow-ups between emails, calls, and meetings. At this point, there is no longer a need for all customer communications to be saved in a single location, and the amount of features that are used to track opportunities and send reminders keeps me abreast of tasks.

 ### 16. Clearer visibility into customer interactions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Thomas B. | Client Success Director, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

What I like most about Maximizer CRM is how it gives complete visibility into every customer interaction, which helps me anticipate client needs. As a sales manager in a B2B tech company, I use it frequently to track communications, follow ups, and task completion. Implementation encouraged us to organize data consistently, which improved team coordination. The number of features for activity logging and opportunity tracking has helped us catch potential deals early and stay proactive with clients.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The disadvantage of Maximizer is that it can be hard to establish several workflows based on the type of clients. When implementing, we needed to meticulously plot the steps to ensure that we do not make follow ups. We use it on a regular basis, so a minor fault in the arrangement of the workflow can break the coordination of tasks. Although the platform offers an excellent amount of features, initially it takes an additional effort to align all of them with internal processes.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer is used to retain a clear visibility of opportunities and also follow up. The features that enable logging of tasks, tracking of interactions and updating of opportunities status help in a structured workflow. Communication failures reduced dramatically after it was implemented. We take advantage of it and the system has enabled managers to delegate duties better and the team to respond fast to client requests.

 ### 17. Organized pipeline management for our business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica W. | Customer success lead, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer makes our commitment to prospects organized. Every activity is recorded and the items of action are explicitly assigned which eliminates confusion within our sales department. We should have regular follow up patterns in e-commerce where there is stiff competition. It strengthens responsibility within the team since we use it in our daily lives. The inbuilt opportunity stages will encourage progression of deals and help with higher revenue planning.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I have observed that the number of activity reminders may become overwhelming when business is making. Considering the number of open opportunities, the repetitive prompts can cause dislocation to the active consideration towards the task that includes only wrapping up. This is more evident during promotional times, as our team depends on it in its day-to-day operations. Although the motive is good, it may affect the rhythm of workflow and cause any unnecessary friction among sales reps.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer is a system that is mostly helpful in our workplace because it facilitates the process of sales planning. In preparing strategy meetings, we do not use memory, but we go through structured deal histories. Since it is part of our everyday routine, it has an impact on our priorities in the accounts and where we put our efforts. It has promoted greater sense of ownership of work in the team. Consequently, our work process has become more deliberate and our development strategies have been informed by recurrent patterns of activity instead of guesses.

 ### 18. Reliable CRM with Room for Modernization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raj .

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I like that Maximizer brings clarity and structure to my daily work. It keeps all customer information, communication history, and tasks neatly organized, making it much easier to manage multiple relationships. I especially appreciate the clear sales pipeline view as it helps me instantly understand deal progress and priorities. The task and reminder features are great for ensuring important follow-ups are never missed, even during busy periods. Plus, the customization options allow me to tailor fields and workflows to match my exact business process. The reporting tools provide useful insights without being overly complex, making Maximizer feel reliable, practical, and built for real business needs. It reduces manual effort, which improves my focus and helps me work confidently and in a more organized way every day.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

While Maximizer is very helpful, there are a few areas that could be improved. The interface, although functional, can feel slightly dated compared to some newer CRM tools, and a more modern design would improve the user experience. Initial setup and customization also take some time, especially for new users who are not very tech-savvy. At times, certain reports feel limited unless you spend extra effort adjusting filters. Mobile performance could be smoother, particularly when accessing detailed records. Improving speed in some sections and adding more intuitive onboarding would make Maximizer even more user-friendly and efficient. Better in-app tips, quicker navigation shortcuts, and more flexible reporting templates would further enhance daily usability.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer helps me manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and keep client information centralized. It ensures I never miss follow-ups, aids in analyzing sales performance, and solves issues like losing context and prioritization, bringing structure and confidence to my work.

 ### 19. Unified CRM with Global Clarity, Limited by Data Speed

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emery S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I like Maximizer's Unified Global Customer Database with AI-Powered Duplicate Detection as it eliminates catastrophic blind spots in global customer relationship management. It provides a single master record for every global customer, linking all regional contacts, interactions, deals, support tickets, and field service visits. This ensures that any team member can access a full 360° history of the customer, improving our customer experience and increasing our cross-region upsell and cross-sell rates. The initial setup of Maximizer was also streamlined and user-friendly, optimized for global CRM deployment without requiring heavy IT involvement. Our core workflows were live in just a few days, and even non-technical roles could lead the implementation effectively.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I find the access to customer records slow and clunky. Loading a global customer’s full 360° record, including service history and contact details, takes over 10 seconds on cellular data. This is unusable for technicians in fast-paced APAC/US job sites who need instant access to context.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer eliminates siloed global customer data, fixing cross-timezone sales workflows by offering a unified database and AI-powered duplicate detection for 360° customer visibility.

 ### 20. Maximizer is organized approach to managing client relationships

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricky D. | Client operations manager, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The best thing about Maximizer is the ability to manage customers easily and help in proactive follow ups. I also use it regularly to follow up on the interactions, update opportunities, and plan with my work team. It was very easy to implement and such features as task tracking, document management help ensure that nothing gets through the cracks. It has enhanced internal cooperation and contributed to the consistency in communicating with clients.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The disadvantage to Maximizer is that certain functions of reporting and activity tracking are a little stiff. Individualizing some of the views is an added step that slows down the process at times when I require quick insights. This has at times influenced productivity particularly in the making of summaries to the management or the analysis of clients trends in several accounts.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer will assist with the issue of handling various accounts of clients and monitoring all the interactions effectively. I also use it on a regular basis to track communications, allocation of duties, and updating of opportunities. Its functionality also ensures that the management of clients is more predictable and fewer mistakes or omissions are made. This has helped my team as it has enhanced coordination, responsiveness and alignment of all activities facing the customer.

 ### 21. It streamlines client communication and follow ups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin B. | Head of sales operations, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

What is best about Maximizer is that it simplifies the sales and customer management. It is the application that I use to maintain client records, follow ups, and monitor opportunities effectively. Communication is smooth since it is compatible with Outlook and email marketing platforms. The range of applications to remind about tasks and keep track of them makes sure that nothing is omitted and my team remains productive and focused.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The most irritating thing about Maximizer is that reporting has a stiff mechanism, and to derive certain insights, additional procedures are usually necessary. This at times slackens down sales team workflow and also increases effort in examining performance measurements or pipeline data.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue of the scattered customer data and disorganized sales processes is solved by Maximizer. The process of logging client contacts, tracking opportunities and managing follow-ups has been made easier since the use of it. My colleagues have to spend less time on the information search, and such issues of everyday life as missed follow ups, information that was lost, and inconsistent communication are minimized. This has enhanced productivity and enhanced client relations.

 ### 22. Boost Loudness Without Compromising Quality

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mandisa M.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I like how Maximizer helps me boost loudness without distorting the sound. It gives tracks more oomph without eating into quality and makes music or voiceovers sound more professional. I find it a simple way to make content sound louder and more engaging, which is especially helpful for pumping up EDM or pop tracks and giving voiceovers more presence in videos. I appreciate its loud boost, punch, and consistency, and it saves me time by allowing tracks to cut through in playlists or videos without needing to tweak levels manually. Plus, the setup was light and easy.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I think Maximizer could improve with more transparent processing to avoid pumping artifacts when overused. Also, better handling of transient-heavy content like drums would be beneficial.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Maximizer to boost loudness without distortion, improve lower volume tracks on Spotify or YouTube, and give music or voiceovers extra punch. It saves me time adjusting levels and helps tracks stand out in playlists and videos.

 ### 23. Organized approach to customer management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George S. | Advertising coordinator, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The best part of Maximizer is that it stores all the details of clients in one place. I apply it every day to follow opportunities, record communications, and connect with one of our marketing platforms and Outlook. I have successfully implemented it, and the features are numerous, which enables me to automate follow ups and reminders. It is easy to use and this allows the new team members to be on boarded easily, and it also keeps me organized and proactive in dealing with the customers.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The primary disadvantage is that some of the features are not modern, particularly reporting and customization. Obtaining in depth information may require additional work. More complicated processes can be implemented only with additional planning and impact productivity. Though these restrictions make certain operations sluggish, the customer management remains systematized in general on the platform.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer resolves the issue of dispersed customer data and lack of follow ups. Tracking opportunities and communication used to be manual and prone to errors before its use. It is now integrated with email and calendars making me organized and not forgetting any client. Continuous usage enhances cooperation, accelerates the process of decision making and makes communication more professional and credible.

 ### 24. Unmatched client history and search precision

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcin B. | Client Experience Lead, Renewables & Environment, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer does absolutely excel at allowing us the wonderful opportunity to create a tremendously rich, developing story about an individual client. We can follow each conversation and point of decision-making over years and this gives us unparalleled history on its side. Its search tools are diabolically strong, it can retrieve that one arcane piece of data brought up in one of the meetings notes that are years old and with alarming precision. There are no visual problems with associating various information such as project deliverables with a client meeting and the internal strategy session, which makes the whole picture.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The built in calendar view is a bit cumbersome, its too inflexible and ties different types of appointments in a single bucket. It usually goes back to the general overview tab after an update to a client account instead of staying on my custom view which is a small pain. Big attachments into a client record do make uploads quite slow at times so we do use other methods for big files.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Maximizer, our consultancy struggled with maintaining institutional memory. Important information was scattered across numerous personal notes and shared files, making it difficult to retrieve significant client decisions and project histories. This fragmentation often slowed down our strategic planning. With Maximizer, however, we now have a central repository for our firm's collective client knowledge. Every past recommendation and subtle detail is instantly accessible to anyone on the team. As a result, new consultants are able to get up to speed much faster, and our strategic recommendations are consistently informed by a thorough understanding of historical context.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Some issues to generate analytics report, not many customization or edits can be make on the report form, only a standard report that include daily/weekly activity, agents performance and customer activity heatmap. Customer support need to be more involve in helping to solve technical issues, some report is left unattended for weeks before they pick it up.

Try to use it everyday as a remote marketing agent is not easy, they have no mobile application that I can use on the go, I have to always bring my laptop to access the platform, which is not flexible for me to bring it for on-field marketing work. Customer support is quite helpful in solving connectivity issues with the platform, they have solve the issues just in one day, very effective.

What has Maximizer help solving are with tracking functionality to track customer communication and interaction. It is all saved on the platform, my team can pickup the lead and learn about our discussion by referring to the logs.

Loved how active their customer support and customer success manager team, in less than a day, we are contacted and offered a hand to setting-up the platform with our others software stack for sales and marketing. They also offered a free training session for related worker that will using this software for free, the session is quick as the learning curves isn't too complex. I also love how easy to use many of the tools, especially to track customer contact information, lead interaction, and conversation history of our customers.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Just some lacking with the integration option that are available to connect with Maximizer, if they can provide for more option, I will fully recommend this software with my friends. I use it almost everyday to track email marketing performance, creating email templates and to follow-up with prospect that responding with email marketing.

Maximizer optimize campaign management for multi-channel marketing campaign easily, social media network advertisement, email marketing and SEO optimization is easy to be track and configure in this platform. I loved how simple it is to store and filter subscriber list management for email marketing automation, nothing too advance that usually make the process complex, the A/B testing help to test which email content or subscription audience is compatible with current campaign.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Lack of integration connection option, some of marketing tools that we use isn't available to connect. We use it as separate operation outside Maximizer, it would be much more easier if the work can be done inside the platform itself. Customer support also need to be improve their operating time, no support on Saturday and Sunday, our support ticket takes longer to be respond.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 30. Maximizer boosts team efficiency, but setup and cost pose challenges

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carla Z. | HR Solutions Architect, Events Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The best part to me is that with the help of Maximizer our small team can handle client projects more as a whole. The built-in aspects of project management, primarily, the assignment of tasks and tracking progress, ensure that all people are on the same page. Another useful thing is the mobile application, which I use to take notes on site visits and which was previously lost in the mix. Having everything at your fingertips is such a massive money-saving act.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

One of the areas that I find challenging is the first seeding of custom dashboards, my time to seed the specific report that I wanted was more. I would also like a better integration of our internal document storage, in which case we are seeking a faster way of locating files. Lastly, the cost was initially very expensive to our small business.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had difficulties in remembering all the various requirements of the clients and numerous minute details that we had to consider. We also tended to skip very important steps. Maximizer makes a point of making everything central. We now have a common outlook of all projects that are going on and thus we no longer have nearly any breakdowns of communications and our errors are greatly minimized. We are able to serve our clients in a much better and faster way.

 ### 31. It brought order to our scattered sales pipeline, but with minor problems

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam A. | Operations analyst, Telecommunications, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The lead scoring system of Maximizer has been an eye opener to our sales team. It also makes a smart outreach priority, meaning that it gives priority to potential customers that are most likely to turn. I am also fond of the custom reporting dashboards; they can be used to easily see the health of our pipeline at a glance without having to search through a variety of screens. The fact that it is very easy to add notes when talking to clients keeps our team constantly on track.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

It is a little clunky occasionally when attempting to look into detailed customer history on the go. I also have also discovered that the process of configuring automated email sequences is not as user-friendly as I would have expected and requires some trial and error.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our lead-follow-up was inconsistent and we could not see where deals were going dead. Our lead conversion rate has been significantly improved since we have Maximizer in place since we no longer have an opportunity slipping away. It has given our whole sales process a much needed framework and made our outreach much more effective.

 ### 32. Our scattered contact chaos settled into order

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcin P. | Client success director, Apparel & Fashion, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The best thing about Maximizer is that it is highly customizable when it comes to the records of clients. We are able to customise fields to monitor very specific project information and preferences, making us able to be proactive regarding client requirement. The summary of the activity also gives a full chronicle of each thread of interactions at the point of a handover to the other team in the instantaneous manner. It actually makes us aware of the little yet significant facts concerning every relationship.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

A small nuisance is complexity of initial setup of advanced reporting filters. Some trial and error goes into finding the exact slice of data that we require. Additionally, the mobile application is a bit constrained when it comes to making notes in a full-scale manner during the off-site visits with the clients and may have to be followed-up through the desktop system.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The way we are handling client project continuity has been greatly restructured by Maximizer. Previously we tracked all custom service details and follow ups throughout our team in a piecemeal fashion; using a combination of individual spreadsheets and memory. All project communication, milestones and client specific notes can now be found in a single accessible location. This means that we will have all our team upholding a high quality service and that no clients will fall between the cracks.

 ### 33. Workflow optimization for sales pipeline and leads management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit S. | Human resource associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Help to improves customer management SOP, keep track of leads engagement and activity, and to simplify file sharing between teams. Managing customer profiles when they change their contact details is now easy, I just need to directly change the value and need no approval from manager.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The pipeline management tools to manage sales opportunity is a bit confusing to use. I tried to track sales and to use the sales probability scorer, but never successful in setting it up correctly. A documentation guidance can help a lot in this case.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer help us to be effective in managing daily tasks and activities. Every sales agent is asign with sales quota and there is tracker that show each agent progress to met their goal, it help us to know our latest situation and progress.

 ### 34. Maximizer distills complex client histories into clear next steps

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Veronica H. | Customer data integrity specialist, Business Supplies and Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer is especially effective in aiding us to see the complex donor networks. We can readily plot out the relationships between individuals, which is invaluable in order to have warm introductions and a feeling of influence in our philanthropic community. I also find it easy that we can attach certain grant agreements or impacts reports to specific donor profiles, which ensures that all-relevant documentation is kept at the central point and accessible instantly. This is because they will not have to look far and wide to find important information prior to high-stakes meetings.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Maximizer is a problematic program in terms of its mobile use when creating advanced reports. Although simple data lookups are nice, creating rich summary engagement documents on the fly can be cumbersome and limited as compared to the desktop application. Another thing that we discovered is that it took slightly more manual workaround upon integrating with our specialized non-profit accounting software than we have initially expected.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We found ourselves with a sense of disparate donor engagement, particularly between fundraising and programming teams. They could not easily extract an up to minute holistic view of a donor;s entire engagement history or current giving potential beyond sifting through a variety of spreadsheets and email exchanges. Maximizer now offers an integrated history of all the donor contacts and giving promises. This significantly sped up our internal coordination so that our outreach is always timely, personalized and never involves accidentally contacting the same donor more than once often at the same time from different departments, so much stronger and more respectful donor relationships are achieved.

 ### 35. We were originally with Salesforce and are so happy to now be with Maximizer!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sandra P. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The support. Once you purchase the product, there is someone there that will help you get all your information in and to help with your training on how to use the product. If you have an issue, there is someone there to help. We did not have that with Salesforce.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. So far, so godd!!

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to consolidate all of our client files, so if one of the advisors is away, we still have access to their documents. We are using the calendar to put in suggested months to meet with clients so that we are overload with clients wishing to see the advisor all during the same month.

 ### 37. Maximizer greatly improves our internal and external project communications

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mareike G. | Optimization architect, E-Learning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I find it splendid that through Maximizer we can create most detailed profiles of clients not just to collect the basic set of contact information. Conditions on a special site and nuances of previous projects can be recorded, which are essential in future offers. It also makes all our internal and external project communications in every project stage centralized giving us an instant reference point. This has given us the advantage of always knowing the complete background of all engagements we have.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The only small irritant is that external report generation may at times be very strict. We typically require very precise compliance reports and they require some additional manipulation of the formatting to get it just right out of the system. The granularity of the internal notification preferences may also be finer. In some cases the default alerts are a little too overwhelming of a workflow related to us.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The toughest challenge we faced was maintaining the abundance of resources that existed in terms of long-term environmental projects and relationship with all our clients. Important project information, as well as customer preferences, were commonly sitting in the records of the individual team members or on ad-hoc notes. Maximizer has become the institutional memory of our firm with all the clients and all the stages of the projects. This provides continuity of all our engagements which are complex, and at the same time allowing our team to remain dynamic.

 ### 38. Accessible data tracking, workflow optimization, while leaving room for enhancements in usability.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bianca R. | Administrative Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The Note Report feature ensures that essential information is well-documented and readily available, enabling more informed decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The system’s design could benefit from a more modern refresh, as it doesn’t always match the intuitive experience offered by newer CRM platforms. Additionally, the pricing adjustments in recent months have added financial strain, particularly for larger teams that rely on long-term budgeting. Managing expenses with these fluctuations can be challenging.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer enhances client management by providing a structured way to track key details and interactions, making daily workflows more efficient. The Note Report feature offers an organized approach to information storage, ensuring quick access to important updates when needed

 ### 39. Maximizer Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tonia T. | Investment Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The ease of use and the number of great features. The ability to drag and drop into the files sections. I love how easy it is to modify files and notes and log interactions. With over 700 clients in our database it has really allowed us to be more organized and ensure compliance requirements are being met.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I don't love the office 365 integration app. I find I have to go to my sent folder to save an email, it's not a deal breaker or anything, just an extra step.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Maximizer everything we did was paper based. We have saved so much time and it has help us organize our client data in the more efficient way. We log all of our interactions and notes which solved our miscommunication issues between our advisors and administration. The time saved has allowed us to priortize growth over administration. The ablilty to add extensive detail into our client's household has created stronger and more meaningful relationships.

 ### 40. It keeps all those complex client histories sorted

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aelmarer H. | Business development representative, Business Supplies and Equipment, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I like the fact that Maximizer stores all our interactions with our clients under one place. One can just view any note or any email received or sent with a contact without having to search. Sales pipeline view is equally very useful in seeing the position of deals. It actually makes the forecasting much more clear and assures me that I do not miss the opportunity.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

The user interface can occasionally be a bit old fashioned in contrast to other programs. Custom reports do require a bit more time to create them just right to me as well. There is also the possibility of the mobile application being stronger so as to get the updates when I am away in the office.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Maximizer I was always running around trying to get the details of clients or trying to think of whom I had to follow up who. All the information was haphazardly placed in spreadsheets or in separate notes. The past history of communication with all of the clients as well as tasks ahead of each client is now concentrated in the same place. I have that feeling that I have one organised desk rather than a dozen disorganised ones. I am much more regular in terms of reaching out to clients and I certainly feel more in control.

 ### 41. Going Downhill

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer, being a CRM, is useful for keeping client info all in one place and allowing for a communal calendar for a business or organization.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

A recent update has set Maximizer back considerably, at least with regard to the features my office used most regularly before said update. Maximizer calendar used to sync with everyone's Outlook calendars, and the sync worked both directions; if an appointment was added in one, it would show up in the other. Now the sync only works one direction. Maximizer can pull from Outlook, but Outlook will not show anything that was originally put in Maximizer calendar. This is a horrendous problem considering how often some people in our organization need to book appointments for others. Previously we just put in in Maximizer and it would sync to the appropriate Outlook calendar(s). Now, we are just trying to make do/find passable work-arounds until this problem is fixed. We also have had appointments disappear or extend to a second day (when it was an all-day appointment) without user input. So, lately, Maximizer has just been a headache and a cluster of problems.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's creating way more problems than it's solving for me and my team since the Outlook integration update broke several of the features we use most often (e.g., scheduling appointments on behalf of others in Maximizer calendar and having those appointments show up on relevant Outlook calendars - the two calendars no longer sync appropriately to allow this chain of events).
I guess that it's nice that everyone in the organization can save relevant client communication under the client profile so everyone has all the info if they need to hop in on things, but even this feature has gotten buggy with the Outlook integration update.

 ### 42. Best Toll to Keep Sales On Track

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary B. | Admin. Asst., Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I use Maximizer every day to keep track of new & potential clients, contacts, and sales opportunities. I love the convenience of the mobile app while I'm traveling. I never lose touch with what I need to know. Great way to keep up with who's new in a client's company, as well as who's no longer there. Maximizer helps me to provide a personal touch to my relationship with both customers and vendors alike.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I actually can't think of any downside. What's not to like? It's convenient, easy to use, and a great tool for any business.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Without Maximizer, I don't know how we could keep accurate records of anything sales related, really. With sales reps scattered around the country, it's a vital tool.

 ### 43. How Maximizer helps organize my sales opportunities

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shawn N. | Industrial Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The ease of implementation when we first set it up in 2023 made life using it a breeze.

The ease to customize, integrate and organize our fields that are important to me to stay on top of my sales leads has been critically important as we grow our sales.

Their customer support has been more than adequate to meet our needs

My frequency of use is multiple times a day for work and for reference.

Maximizer has taken our organization to that next level

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Not much to dislike, my transition team was outstanding and the application is pretty user-friendly with minimal interactions needed with support

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing Sales Opportunities and Customer Contacts to lead to better understandings of customer trends over time and region.

 ### 44. A Reliable CRM that can be tailored well to our office's needs.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noa G. | Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I love the ability to tailor the platform in a way that best suits our office needs. It has all the appropriate fields, it can be sorted so that the file is viewed as a whole easily, exporting excels in easy and helpful, the staff is incredibly quick to resolve issues and answer questions, and we use Maximizer daily for all our CRM needs.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I don't like that it is not compatible with Dataphile, and the price per user is quite high.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great place to store client details, and specifically, allows us to track client correspondence via the Notes page as this is where we input emailing with clients so that others on our team can be kept in the loop of what's going on or what the most recent discussions were.

 ### 45. it feels so good to finally track deals properly and close them faster

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Claire D. | Account manager, Hospitality, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

What I really find most useful about Maximizer is how well it organizes all our customer and prospect information in one spot. The contact and account records let you track pretty much everything from notes and activities to related documents and past communications. Being able to see the entire history with a company or individual at a glance saves so much time when preparing for calls or meetings. I also appreciate the sales opportunity tracking feature, which provides a visual pipeline view. This makes it much easier to manage leads and forecast potential deals effectively.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

One area where Maximizer could be improved is the user interface design, which sometimes feels a bit dated compared to newer CRM options. Navigating through certain menus or setting up more complex reports can feel a little less intuitive initially. While it offers integrations, sometimes connecting with other specific third-party tools isn't as straightforward as you might hope. It often requires a bit more effort or might need an intermediary.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we started using Maximizer, our customer and sales data was spread across spreadsheets, emails, and individual notes. It was a real challenge to get a complete picture of any account or track where leads were in the sales process. Now, Maximizer pulls all that information together into structured records. This central database means everyone on the team is working from the same, current information, improving collaboration. It helps us follow up more consistently with prospects and provide better, more informed service to existing clients.

 ### 46. The system’s ability to keep track of leads makes everything less stressful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khaoula B. | Senior marketing manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I appreciate that Maximizer handles both contact and company management very well. It helps us keep detailed records of each conversation with clients, which plays a big role in building a good relationship with them. It is also important that it helps with the sales pipeline, as this makes it easy to see what stage each deal is in and predict the future results.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

One thing about Maximizer is that the user experience can look a little old-fashioned next to some more updated CRMs. Although it does its job, the interface isn’t always what people expect these days, so new users may find it more difficult to use.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer mainly addresses the mess of customer data and inconsistent sales routines for our business. Initially, our clients’ details were stored in spreadsheets, and we kept notes in emails, so we could not track our sales opportunities and often missed following up. At present, all the data is kept in the same place, we see the process clearly, and reminders are set for each task. Thanks to this, we are able to take better care of our leads, maintain good working relationships with clients, and obtain precise updates on how we are performing in sales.

 ### 47. Excellent CRM to track leads activity and contact

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Astolpho G. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Easy navigation CRM platform, selecting tools to track customer activity and contact changes is simple and not complicated. Fast to setup with help from customer service.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

No option for offline operation, need a stable internet to use the platform. I think they need to start offering for offline version.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer help to solve two important issues, one is to keep track on leads activity & communication, and two, is to follow-up either by phone call or email marketing.

 ### 48. Maximizer is a helpful tool but can be simplified.

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I most enjoy the ease of keeping track of client information and how quickly relevant information is available to me. Our team utilizes most the notes, details and timeline tabs to keep track of everything. The support team is readily available, friendly and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I understand that maximizer has a lot of features and tools to make our life easier but I struggle with the learning process and the implementation of add-ins. I would like to use all of the available features but knowing what to use and how to use it is tricky and discouraging.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to make it so there is no more repetition in our maximizer through the form of duplicate clients or duplicate email chains. My understanding is that the entire email chain saves every time you attempt to save a new email chain which we do not want. I am currently looking into this so not positive if this is correct or not. It helps because it clears clutter.

 ### 49. All about Maximizer

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel O. | Licensed Wealth Advisor Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I can record everything in relation with my clients, which is very convinient for tracking purposes.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Some of the features are very complicate to work with, also some of the features doesn't allow to do basic things that would be really helpful for the day to day processes.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer solve the need to have a CRM software for tracking any interactions with clients, also, it helps scheduling different task and meetings with clients.

 ### 50. Customer Service Manager

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Maximizer is easy to use. It is great for capturing interactions for each Company and Contact creating a record that can be accessed and referenced all in one place.

The integrations available thru Maximizer really are helpful and connect what we do outside of Maximizer to our database.

It is easy to implement Maximizer to our Companies daily activities.

I use Maximizer throughout each day. It really is the hub for all things related to our Customers.

Maximizer Customer Support has always been helpful and responsive. I do like the Maximizer Community Forum as well.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

I think the templates in the Campaign module have very limited capabilities creating the need for an outside service in order to put out content to reach our database.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer helps us solve the problem of where to maintain our customer database and creates a library of conversations with our customers. This allows us to also use the Merge to Document tool to create and capture customer quotations.
