Also, I feel that if I want to use some of the features that the program have, it can be really difficult to do it.

Solve the communication tracking with the clients. It's beneficial because I can keep record of any conversation related with the client.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I like Maximizer because it's so deep in its features, particularly their reporting tools. This lets us fragment the data in various ways so we can see performance within various segments. Meeting the customizable dashboards is a game changer too in that I can personalize what I see based on emerging priorities. The key to this has been the robust reporting capabilities within Maximizer that has helped us better understand both how we are assessing business outcomes as well as behavior of customers.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Many tools are presented to the user, but if some of them are quite complex, their usage might be challenging if the team is not familiar with CRM solutions like in the case of Maximizer. To create customized workflows there might be some time spent for it and one has to be somewhat of a programmer to do it. In the same way, while it provides many reporting options; sometimes, getting to the right one is quite a chore because of too much information.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to overcome the analysis of oppositional customer data with the help of Maximizer. This segmentation helps in exposing customer needs and behaviors as provided by useful tools and detailed reports. It has also reduced various processes that used to consume much time hence making my team members to engage more time fully on strategic activities. Report and Dashboard have provided the flexibility to shape the insight from our sales and customer interaction better.

I like the Maximizer team, they are skilled and care about setting you up for success off the bat, it was important to our companies to have a team that set us up for success early, so that the CRM works for us, we have had bad experiences in the past but we can now use maximizer exclusively. We use it every day and appreciate the integrations built in with the different platforms we use.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Sometimes the speed of Maximizer can be slow since it is the CRM is retro, it would be nicer if it had a higher processing speed.

Maximizer is allowing us to capture all the data we need for our different service offerings. It builds silo's within the CRM while also retaining client data in one place.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

That we can create the User Defined Fields (UDFs) that work for our business. Also, that we can manage our leads separately from our clients using the Leads Module. I like being able to save all emails to client records for regulatory compliance issues.

Customer support is pretty good also.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Sometimes the support people do not have an answer to issues and need to take it away which can take more than one day at times.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of all our contacts in a way that can be sorted and viewed, depending on the project we are working on.
For example, if we are interested in viewing portfolios, we are in the 'portfolio view'. If we want to see which of our clients are in Delta, we change it to the 'Address' view.
I also like that I can mail merge letters to clients.

I like action plans. Allows me to create tasks automatically so we have contact points for clients. 
I also enjoy how easy it is to find people & items we have saved.
They have good customer support, same day replies.

It can be very slow at times. 
I wish the use for new users was easier to learn. 
not a massive fan of the interface, looks quite old & outdated.

The ability to personalize user views through color-coding features and alerts, add and remove data fields easily, and move around seamlessly makes Maximizer a functional tool to actively work within on a daily basis.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Maximizer tends to need refreshing and re-selecting of some  views in order for all data to show (i.e. contact list requires all entries to be selected almost every time). The upload process does not allow blanks of a spreadsheet to be uploaded and would not allow zeros which made the input process very lengthy to account for all the different pieces of missing information.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most important problem being solved by Maximizer is organizing frequency of client correspondence. For example, identifying last date contacted, next scheduled appointment, call list rotation, etc.

Easy scheduling, hot list task sorting/ability to export, reporting, customizable client fields, use of action plans, outlook integration

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

While we utilize the action plans feature, the inability to have the next task be automatically created/set upon completion of the previous one hinders our process somewhat. The current procedure of all tasks being set at once doesn't quite do what we want it to - though you can set task dates as dependant so that later completion of a task in sequence (i.e., 2 days after due date) will defer the rest of the tasks by the same time frame (2 days), this has led to tasks being rescheduled PAST a meeting/other important event so we have to monitor this closely.

The most frustrating for my team is when our database drags and causes Maximizer to freeze.   With today's technology there should be no dragging in a database.

We like that notes and hotlists can be reviewed by the entire team.  We run a daily Note Report from the previous day that is disseminated to all team members.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Sometimes it can be a bit slow when the internet connection is sketchy.  When Maximizer goes down, our entire business shuts down.  We also wish that pictures could be saved in the Notes.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

My favourite thing about Maximizer is its complete and total customer relationship management. It’s the platform’s ability to centralize customer data that gives us a complete view of interactions, helping us be more efficient as a team. I also like the ability to have customizable dashboards that give us at a glance what the key performance indicators are. That helps us make an informed decision quickly. It integrates very easily with email and calendar tools, making the process of communication and follow ups with clients go a smooth ride.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Initial setup has been a little cumbersome. It took longer configuration to get all the necessary features configured to fit my process. Also the search functionality should be improved, as it can be troublesome to get to some specific records quickly with a big dataset.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing customer information and interaction in Maximizer has helped to smooth over our sales processes. It helps us be more proactive in reaching out and following up, and that increases our conversion rate. Additionally, we can track customer engagement to better tailor our marketing strategies and connect with the right audience using the right messages.

Maximizer certainly keeps all the information about my clients but beyond that, Cleint emails are saved in interactions, no more looking for emails.  Documents are all save in maximizer allows me to work from anyware.  Keeping opportunities and customer service cases organized.  Maximizer has allowed me to work with a zero inbox and have full control of my client communications.

I wish I could same Excel sheet to maximizer instead of saving them to my desk top then moving them in.

Client information client communication, we are a paperless office, I can work from anywhere.  Eliminates paper lists.  Saves my emails to the client.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

The functions of Maximizer are best appreciated in tools for managing customer relationships and selling, with features that involve automation and the reports. The linkage with CRM and e-mail marketing tools enables more efficient cooperation by the team in reaching out to clients. I find it particularly useful that the dashboards can be adjusted, and contain relevant, easy to interpret values and tendencies that are important for making decisions.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

One weakness that I have observed within Maximizer is that a number of times, the user interface can be complex and becomes difficult to shift from one area to another within the features being explored. It takes some work to get established and connected to other tools and applications and while it can connect and share data the process sometimes takes some effort. Sometimes, the updates were applied occur with some latency in update synchronization between the platforms.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maximizer has proven to be valuable in enhancing how customer relations are handled in the firm in issues to do with interactions and follow ups. Of course, it has also helped to lessen the burden of paperwork and repetitive activities that have been eased within our team. Many of the automation features, as well as the integration capabilities with CRM and other marketing tools, have helped our processes get more organized and, when it comes to customer communications – much more effective.

Pros:

Easy to Use:
Maximizer CRM is super user-friendly. Even if you’re not great with tech, you can figure it out quickly. The design is clear and straightforward, so you don’t have to spend a lot of time learning how to use it.

Saves Time with Data Management:
One of the best things about Maximizer is that it automatically updates and manages client data. When a new client comes on board, the system takes care of entering their information, which means you don’t have to spend time doing it manually.

Good Workflow:
The CRM helps keep things organized by managing client interactions, scheduling tasks, and tracking communications. This makes sure you don’t miss any important details and keeps everything running smoothly.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Cons:

No Real-Time Rate Integration:
One major downside is that Maximizer doesn’t connect with real-time rate data. For businesses that need up-to-date financial information its a little sad for us. Without this feature, it’s hard to get the latest data you need for serving clients.

No WhatsApp or Chat Integration:
Another issue is that Maximizer doesn’t work with popular chat services like WhatsApp. Many businesses use these apps to talk to clients quickly and easily, so not having this integration means you have to use separate tools, which can be a hassle.

Ps. if there are a number of these features that are actually available but just not in the tier we have, my apologies haha.

The enhanced contact management is a huge selling point for Maximizer. With the help of CRM application, I can store not only customer data but also another important piece of information, such as sales history, upcoming deals, and follow up dates. Due to the rich functionality, including the reporting tools, it is possible to obtain a clear vision of the sales picture and future prospects. It is a strong resource used daily to drive our business, so maintaining an active flow is critical for the sales funnel.

It is important to note that the mobile application of Maximizer could be enhanced, as it lacks some functions that are available in the desktop version, and it does not work as a fast as it should. It becomes worse for our sales team especially when they are out in the field trying to get quick information on the customer. Another irritating one is the data points that require a manual refresh and occasionally, create problems and slows up the pace of work.

In my case, the key advantage of Maximizer has to do with its CRM capabilities as well as its level of customization. It has made our sales management and processes easier by organizing contacts, recording interactions, and freeing up time from handling repetitive tasks. The linking with our email and the project management tools is seamless, thus maintaining our workflow. I also like the flexibility in setting up the dashboards and reports and the ability to present the data in format that best fits our needs.

A disadvantage of using Maximizer is that it may be difficult for new users to understand how to use because of its very complicated looking layout. This meant that it took us time to get familiar with all the features and settings of the software, hence affecting our early efficiency. This can be quite irritating and at times it leads to latency in getting the real time data.

One of the things we like about the platform is that it allows us to monitor our conversations with clients and automatically follow up on a range of tasks. Also, there are integrations with third party services such as Mailchimp which helps to improve marketing performance by synchronizing email marketing campaigns to the CRM data, thus reaching clients at the appropriate time depending on crm activity.

Also, although the integration with other systems is beneficial, sometimes you need to make adjustments in order for everything to fit together correctly.

In my capacity, I primarily use Maximizer for maintaining and scheduling events into the advisor's calendars, keeping track of to-do's and tasks, as well as keeping (and being able to easily review) past interactions with clients. It also has a great integration with outlook that allows us to automatically save emails to and from clients for future reference.

There are some superficial changes I wish I could make, like a dark mode or better visibility, especially on the calendar. An integrated notes/updates specifically tied to individual tasks for keeping track of progress on more complex jobs without having to clog up the initial task with memos would also be fantastic, but there is at least the workaround of editing the initial task to add notes directly there.

Maximizer is the CRM tool we use to update client information, keep notes and run our calendar. Our entire time is connected and can see the same calendar, we each add appointments, meetings and reminders in our own designated colour and it makes it so easy to flow through each day. We print the notes before each client meeting and they're very well organized and easy to review. There are a ton of features that have been added to max and integrations that I haven't had the time to learn and explore yet. It would be helpful to have a couple training sessions on how to better optimize the platform because I know we could be making better use of it.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

It's hard to deal with updates and changes. I'm on this program every single day and my work flows around the ease of use and click throughs. Sometimes Max will make updates and I'll log and and will not have expected them and I'm really thrown off for awhile. Sometimes the changes make things worse instead of better for me but support has explained that the majority rules and disagree with that. I also used to love support, it was so easy to speak with someone right in the app but now it goes off into e-mail and phone calls. I much prefered the way it was before. Also the staff in support seem less knowledgable than they were last year.

Maximizer solves having an organized calendar for the whole time to be able to work with and view. It's easy to add notes and details to each meeting that are helpful for others that need quick information. Max solves easily organized client information, and is very easy for me to update.

I like the ability to create a task, although for some reason my tasks automatically duplicate quite frequently and the same task will pop up multiple times. I also like the ability to make favourites lists in contacts so we can send mass emails to clients.

functions are not yet seasmless. for example, when you are creating a task, and adding a "task with", you need to type in the full name of the individual and press enter before anything comes up, whereas in other parts of maximizer you can type in the first few letters of a last name and all their info pops up.

Based upon my experience, the best aspect of Maximizer that I have found is probably its comprehensive CRM capabilities. One of the advantages of the proposed application is the detailed examination of client relations and sales processes, which plays a significant role in client interactions. I also appreciate the way it is compatible with our email and calendar so that we can schedule and communicate effectively to face our clients.

One of the most significant disadvantages of Maximizer is that users cannot extensively customize its appearance. While the tool contains various functionalities, it may take some time to make it match our organizational requirements and characteristics. Lack of flexibility in interface and functionality customization we faced sometimes significant troubles when attempting to adjust them to satisfy our requirements. This limitation brings about how we handle the software and by extension makes us inept in our working productivity.

The issue of multiple media client handling and uncoordinated sales management has been addressed by Maximizer through a single client and sales interface. In Maximizer, there is nothing that I like most than the great contact management system. Some of the conveniences that have greatly helped us in our sales include how easy it is to combine all our customers’ records within a single interface. It interacts with our email marketing tools, with which we can track its campaigns and leads for follow up easily. The reporting tools are equally effective, providing comprehensive clarities on the sales pipeline and assisting in business decisions.

I do not like the user interface of Maximizer because it lacks modern feel and is not very user friendly. This has made training new team members a little difficult due to the amount of time required before they can become used to the system. Also, the mobile app is less usable than the desktop version and hinders work activity when using the app. Such problems can hinder efficiency and bring up difficulties when we need to focus on the demands of the customers.

Maximizer eradicates the issue of uncoordinated customer information and issues of follow ups. I've only been working in my current position for 3 months and this is the first CRM I've used. I find Maximizer intuitive, making it easy for someone new to CRMs like me to navigate. The learning curve is not steep, which is a big plus for beginners. It's great for managing contacts and client information. The ability to customize dashboards to fit my specific needs and preferences is fantastic. It allows me to focus on the metrics and information most relevant to my role. It integrates well with other tools we use at work, such as email and calendar, which enhances productivity and workflow. I also had a 10/10 customer support experience with Joey as he helped me nagivate a rather annoying issue we were dealing with from our head office.

Occasionally, the system can be slow. This lag can be frustrating and interrupt the flow of work (I experienced this yesterday - though it doesn't happen too often.)

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

I really like how customizable Maximizer is. It has all the features I need plus more. Also it's very easy to learn & easy on the eyes. Would recommend to everyone.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

There's nothing I dislike about Maximizer.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me organizing all contacts, clients, prospects & internal contacts. It is very good for documenting information about contacts & easy to update the info. Lastly it integrates very well with other software we use.

**What do you like best about Maximizer?**

Sales operation and revenue has double its digits after using Maximizer for the last two years, and helped simplify daily sales operation by our sales and marketing unit. Easy setup to start using this software as all tools is available on the cloud-based application and need no software install on desktop. Actionable task to track lead and prospect infromation and make a follow-up with them until they convert into paying customer.

**What do you dislike about Maximizer?**

Too messy looking dashboard that is full of tools and features and harder to find tools that I want to use.

**What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Report analytics to view important business metrics, email marketing automation to automate email campaign, and lead tracking management.
