What do you like best about Maximizer?

The best thing about Maximizer is it makes communication with clients much more from the stream side. It records everything in a clear, organized way and it feels more efficient to follow up with customers. I also like their reminder system, as it keeps me in try of my most important follow ups even though I don’t need to keep checking my calendar. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

I’ve realised that Maximizer’s task management tool isn’t as flexible as I’d like it to be. Even the reminders and alerts don’t correlate with the way I like to organize my tasks. For instance, I might be alerted to tasks that are not urgent, and important tasks might not jump out, whereas both of those might be. The thing is it does the job, but I wish that tasks and reminders were more customizable so that they suit my personal workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer is just wonderful keeping us organized and focused on top priorities. I like that it breaks tasks into incremental steps, and keeps us in the loop so we know when to do what for the client. It works well for team collaboration, as everyone can know what work needs to be done, and can collaborate on goals with little confusion about what is actually being worked on. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

One issue with Maximizer is that some tools appear too rigid and are not easily fit to your organisation’s workflow. Sometimes, it feels like the system has us fit into rather than adapting to. But adoption can also be slow if your product hasn’t yet rolled out as an app or when you have an interface that’s too technical for some less tech sophisticated users. What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer really grabs me because it provides an organized bottom line when it comes to tasks and makes sure nothing gets lost or ignored. Highly recommneded are the reminders, follow up notifications to keep us on schedule. Further, I like that it’s flexible to use, to grab and shove things in whatever task order I need in that moment. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

However, there is one aspect that seems to somewhat annoying when working with Maximizer - the lack of options for modifying the work flow. At other times, it is a little frustrating that one cannot easily switch how work is allocated or reorganise the scheme without some level of inconvenience. It is rather effective although it may yield a slower process than anticipated in changing specific routine tasks and avenis at times interferes with our usual flow. What do you like best about Maximizer?

What do you like best about Maximizer?

The app's onboarding procedure requires minimal effort. Our setup process finished within an afternoon thus providing us with an unexpected convenience. Automated contact updates in this system deliver at least three hours of savings weekly. What do you like best about Maximizer?

What I like the best about Maximizer is its amazing customer support features. We have also improved our communication with the clients to be able to track customer inquiries and to respond to the clients in their personal terms. Our task management system of the software helps us give priority to important requests of the customers, so nothing is left behind. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

The downside of Maximizer being that there isn’t much flexibility on how you can use the mobile app. The version for the desktop will provide much more functionality, and also make it easier to access and update key data on the go. In some cases, this has presented a problem for team members that require working from out of the office. The software also tends to be slow when the amount of database data to search is also large. What do you like best about Maximizer?

There’s a fantastic customer support feature in Maximizer. Anytime I’ve needed them for a question or problem, they have been very quick to respond, and provide very detailed answers. The support team behind the software can be dedicated which makes it even more reliable and lower our downtime in our workflow. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Some of the advanced analytics instruments aren’t out of the box for Maximizer. It does a good job of covering the basics, however it can be quite limiting when looking for more detailed insights or creating custom data visualizations because we rely on additional integrations, which add complexity to the process. What do you like best about Maximizer?

My journey with Maximizer started in the early 2000s; I've come to appreciate its consistent stability and usability over the years. It's interesting to see how this CRM has managed to adapt amidst the ever-changing landscape of technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

In recent years, Maximizer has undergone numerous changes, and unfortunately, not all have been for the better. Each update seems to obscure features that many of us rely on. Additionally, while Maximizer is supposed to integrate with Teams seamlessly, it often causes delays and freezes in my email account. Moreover, I've noticed that my Windows calendar appointments are duplicated or even triplicated in my Maximizer calendar, or worse, my appointments disappear from my Maximizer calendar. What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer excels with its strong CRM capabilities which integrate nicely with platforms, such as Outlook and Teams. It’s streamlined our processes and tracking client interactions and appointments in the one place. Reporting functionality is a game changer for our marketing efforts where we are able to leverage deep insights into customer data to focus only on the most promising leads. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Interface of Maximizer a bit outdated and not so intuitive. This can slow navigation and clutter involving new users. However, it is a steep learning curve and it often takes a longer time for each of the team members to get comfortable with the system. Furthermore, the only dashboards we've been able to effectuate are limited in the customization options, preventing us to incorporate our software to our specific needs and thus, making the process overall less efficient.
