What do you like best about Maximizer?

The app's onboarding procedure requires minimal effort. Our setup process finished within an afternoon thus providing us with an unexpected convenience. Automated contact updates in this system deliver at least three hours of savings weekly. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Prior to implementing Maximizer our team encountered substantial delays through email approval processes and faced manual schedule updates. Everything exists in one unified platform that updates data instantly. The system change both speeds up our work process and decreases the number of errors. What do you like best about Maximizer?

What I like the best about Maximizer is its amazing customer support features. We have also improved our communication with the clients to be able to track customer inquiries and to respond to the clients in their personal terms. Our task management system of the software helps us give priority to important requests of the customers, so nothing is left behind. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

The downside of Maximizer being that there isn’t much flexibility on how you can use the mobile app. The version for the desktop will provide much more functionality, and also make it easier to access and update key data on the go. In some cases, this has presented a problem for team members that require working from out of the office. The software also tends to be slow when the amount of database data to search is also large. With Maximizer, we get an organized system to track all the inquiries, follow, ups, and inner communication, which makes our managing customer interaction more efficient. We've been able to continue to be more proactive with clients and come up with solutions that they need faster, that's helped our customers be more satisfied. And the software solves the problem of how everyone in the team is kept aligned on client related tasks so you provide us with a consistent, coordinated service to everyone we work with. What do you like best about Maximizer?

There’s a fantastic customer support feature in Maximizer. Anytime I’ve needed them for a question or problem, they have been very quick to respond, and provide very detailed answers. The support team behind the software can be dedicated which makes it even more reliable and lower our downtime in our workflow. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Some of the advanced analytics instruments aren’t out of the box for Maximizer. It does a good job of covering the basics, however it can be quite limiting when looking for more detailed insights or creating custom data visualizations because we rely on additional integrations, which add complexity to the process. They could even incorporate more in depth analytics features directly in the software so that we wouldn't have to do any setup or integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The result that Maximizer has reduced the time spent searching for client data is significant. It allows us to store things in one place and automate key workflows, so storing everything in one place allows us to stop wasting time looking for information or doing repetitive work, creating much greater productivity. What do you like best about Maximizer?

My journey with Maximizer started in the early 2000s; I've come to appreciate its consistent stability and usability over the years. It's interesting to see how this CRM has managed to adapt amidst the ever-changing landscape of technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

In recent years, Maximizer has undergone numerous changes, and unfortunately, not all have been for the better. Each update seems to obscure features that many of us rely on. Additionally, while Maximizer is supposed to integrate with Teams seamlessly, it often causes delays and freezes in my email account. Moreover, I've noticed that my Windows calendar appointments are duplicated or even triplicated in my Maximizer calendar, or worse, my appointments disappear from my Maximizer calendar. What do you like best about Maximizer?

Maximizer excels with its strong CRM capabilities which integrate nicely with platforms, such as Outlook and Teams. It’s streamlined our processes and tracking client interactions and appointments in the one place. Reporting functionality is a game changer for our marketing efforts where we are able to leverage deep insights into customer data to focus only on the most promising leads. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Interface of Maximizer a bit outdated and not so intuitive. This can slow navigation and clutter involving new users. However, it is a steep learning curve and it often takes a longer time for each of the team members to get comfortable with the system. Furthermore, the only dashboards we've been able to effectuate are limited in the customization options, preventing us to incorporate our software to our specific needs and thus, making the process overall less efficient. Maximizer has made it easier to handle client information and interaction. Tracking and nurturing relationships has become much easier, because everything is in one centralized place. What do you like best about Maximizer?

I like Maximizer because it's so deep in its features, particularly their reporting tools. This lets us fragment the data in various ways so we can see performance within various segments. Meeting the customizable dashboards is a game changer too in that I can personalize what I see based on emerging priorities. The key to this has been the robust reporting capabilities within Maximizer that has helped us better understand both how we are assessing business outcomes as well as behavior of customers. What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Many tools are presented to the user, but if some of them are quite complex, their usage might be challenging if the team is not familiar with CRM solutions like in the case of Maximizer. To create customized workflows there might be some time spent for it and one has to be somewhat of a programmer to do it. We have been able to overcome the analysis of oppositional customer data with the help of Maximizer. This segmentation helps in exposing customer needs and behaviors as provided by useful tools and detailed reports. What do you like best about Maximizer?

I like the Maximizer team, they are skilled and care about setting you up for success off the bat, it was important to our companies to have a team that set us up for success early, so that the CRM works for us, we have had bad experiences in the past but we can now use maximizer exclusively. What do you like best about Maximizer?

That we can create the User Defined Fields (UDFs) that work for our business. Also, that we can manage our leads separately from our clients using the Leads Module. I like being able to save all emails to client records for regulatory compliance issues.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Sometimes the support people do not have an answer to issues and need to take it away which can take more than one day at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of all our contacts in a way that can be sorted and viewed, depending on the project we are working on.

For example, if we are interested in viewing portfolios, we are in the 'portfolio view'. If we want to see which of our clients are in Delta, we change it to the 'Address' view.

I like action plans. Allows me to create tasks automatically so we have contact points for clients.

I also enjoy how easy it is to find people & items we have saved.
