"Our client management and productivity is now fully revolutionized"

What do you like best about Maximizer?

Without any doubt, the most useful feature of Maximizer for me is the ability to track customer data and information. All these aspects provide me with more insight on the needs of my clients hence improving on the ability to meet their needs. The quick reports generation is also a lifesaver, time saving and help in the enhancement of better decisions. Features offered by Maximizer available in today’s market have enhanced our client relationship management so much that we now have access to a rich array of options.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

The only disadvantage of using Maximizer is slow and sometimes even slow at the time of loading data especially when working with large databases. This can be very inconvenicing during working days and reduce my productivity at work. Also, it is missing some of the functionalities that are available for the web version, which reduces my efficiency of working remotely. These weaknesses have in the past sometimes led to a compromise of the time taken in client follow ups, hence, the quality of our customer support.

What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maximizer is brilliant in the management of customer relations and solves problems such as poorly managed client relations. It helps me because it consolidates all the information I have on a particular customer so that I never overlook any key point or date again. This change in organization has paid a lot of dividends in increasing my productivity and that of the rest of the team. This is especially important as we can easily introduce new people to the software, which ensures that the clients always receive high quality service.

their customer service, which has been of great support during the process of getting to know this tool and during difficulties we have encountered along the way.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

at first it is difficult to understand and not very easy to use.

What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We mainly use it to track our sales, save all our leads and follow up with them.

The last time Maximizer helped us was to create private groups, the two people who helped us during the implementation process were very patient, but the process itself was very complicated and long.

What do you like best about Maximizer?

As a client who has recently taken on the responsibility of overhauling our business operations, Maximizer has helped me streamline many processes and procedures. We now have a better hold on our sales pipeline and administrative systems. These help ensure nothing falls through the cracks and our team can focus on what they do best, without worrying about everything else.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Still working on optimizing the integrations with different platforms, that's the only area Salesforce & HubSpot have Maximizer beat.

What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Developing a process to manage of pipeline of incoming business. This includes transfers in from other financial institutions, as well as pending insurance sales. Being able to see at a glance what is coming in really helps us get a better grip on where to direct our effort.

"Its user friendly and easy to use"

What do you like best about Maximizer?

The way it allows me to capture all my data and appoitnments easy to use and very straight forward. The customer service team and fast and very efficiaent

Nothing, it works perfect for my role and what i use it for

Reduce the hours i spent on reports as i can upload and have all the date downloaded into excel super fast.

"A solid legacy product that we have used for nearly 20 years"

What do you like best about Maximizer?

The structure of the pages and tabs is pretty intuative. We track all of our sales activities, and are able to set adequate follow ups.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

They switch the platform from server based to online, and we were strongarmed to switch.

We use it strictly for sales efforts, and client management.

"Finally we are able to track sales in our company!"

What do you like best about Maximizer?

I believe the greatest element of Maximizer is the simplicity of its use. It was rather simple to implement and due to its flexible design, we integrated it in our everyday work without any problems. Perfect compatibility with the email program is realized, and all correspondence is combined. The flexibility, especially the two contact management and the three reporting options, have improved our efficiency. Whenever we are in need of help, there is always the customer support to assist us thus making Maximizer to be one of the best for our team.

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

Of course there are some concerns regarding utilizing Maximizer, the biggest one is the application’s slow loading time. It brings time delay when we want to get information as soon as possible, so this delays our productivity. Nevertheless, the application is imperfect, and there are some functions that cannot be used on the move. These are the drawbacks of such a system, sometimes we fail to be productive, especially when we work remotely or respond to urgent queries.

What problems is Maximizer solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maximizer helps us in tracking our interactions with our clients and all sales processes without much effort. We have observed that it has enhanced the organization and followup system quite a lot. This way we do not lose track of important communication with a client or team, and our sales department is able to effectively track leads and opportunities. This has led to improved customer relations and thus, higher sales being recorded. Through centralizing our information, Maximizer effectively solves this problem and aligns all of our team members, which in turn increases our productivity.

"Great for storing information, but not integrations"

What do you like best about Maximizer?

* Customer support is pretty quick compared to bigger companies

* User-defined fieds are very useful

What do you dislike about Maximizer?

* Integrations with other software specifically with Power BI. We have to do manual exports or build our API (which, so far, does not include any user-defined field information).

* Integration with Microsoft Outlook is going through a rough time with the transition from Windows 10 to 11.

Anyweher access (24/7), hybrid working, increased productivity, secure data, peace of mind, reduced calls to office, 360 view of our business/sales data, responding quickly to clients.

Accessing our customer and supplier info from anywhere at any time allows us to be more efficient, productive and respond faster to customers. Speed of response is a major part of customer loyalty and satisfaction and builds trust.
