The ease of use and the number of great features. The ability to drag and drop into the files sections. I love how easy it is to modify files and notes and log interactions. Maximizer's CRM system provides an intuitive interface which enables users to control their customer relations as well as sales pipeline activities. Through the dashboard I gain visibility into active activities which enables me to set task priorities. The platform displays all upcoming meetings along with follow-ups and pending deals within a single view. Beginning users particularly face long setup times when first starting the system. Additional support for new users at the onboarding process would be beneficial. Users struggle with the high learning curve of the software because additional training materials would make mastering all features and customization options simpler. Maximizer's integration with a number of tools is seamless. The best part of it is it syncs with the calendar, emails and tasks and I never miss a beat. CRM has a great feature with the monitoring of client interaction and utilizing of leads. For example, I can log emails, calls and meetings in one easy way to follow through. It can be steep for new users as well, especially if they do not have a familiarity with CRM systems. But the interface can be quite powerful at the price of overwhelming. Furthermore, the reporting tools are comprehensive but do need time to learn. The system can be slow to respond sometimes, especially when the times are at a peak. I like that Maximizer does a good job of keeping track of client interactions. Rather than reading through emails or notes, I can jump to past conversations, upcoming meetings and even past deals at any given point in time. When working with long term clients, this is especially useful as I never have to rely on memory alone. Maximizer is helpful, but sometimes it takes more effort than I expect to get to the information I need. Some of the actions need multiple steps, and in some cases the system does not respond immediately. Although, it still does what I need it to, the extra time spent digging my way through other sections can be very annoying. The best part about Maximizer is the ability to import Leads and spreadsheets or potential customers. Super easy to link the columns in excel to the right fields in Maximizer and you decide if you want them imported as leads, or companies with contacts or just companies. I wish that once you emailed a person and tied that person back to maximizer that it was done forever without having to click and connect it each time. There were too many feilds to search though when trying to find where to upload the information. As a result, I deleted many of the fields and just created my own. This has caused issues with producing reports because i am unable to use the feilds that I created as a source of information for those reports.

For us, maximizer’s sales management tools are a game changer. It has greatly improved how our sales people can track and analyze customer interactions in real time. On the other end of the spectrum, their robust marketing automation features have saved us minimum 3 hours a week so we could basically concentrate more on the strategy and less than on the manual tasks. Maximizer is overall good, but there are a few things missing here and there. One such example is when their mobile app can possibly do with a redesign - it's not the most navigable.
