This patient communication software will actually deliver what it promises.   It fully syncs with our practice management software and does a deep dive into the numbers to provide valuable analytics to increase practice efficiency and profitability.

**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

I love the customer service that recall max provides; they offer endless support and training. With Covid-19 this system does all our pre-screening questions and forms and automatially gets uploaded into the patients file.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

Patients who are over due 23 plus months, arent able to get overdue messages.
Unfortunately, due to Canadian anti-spam legislation, they are not able to message patients that long after they’ve been in the clinic.

**What problems is MaxAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Man hours! Recall Max does all our confirming and overdue notices; this has allowed me to focus on other vital roles in the office.

I like to automatic lists that are created for due and late recalls

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

When you contact a patient from one list, it doesn't seem to update their status on another list.

We spend much less time confirming! There was a lot of wasted time here. Now Recall Max does it for us!

That dentist treatments are not well set up in the software and are not accurate.  Also, there's no way to reply to the survey

It cuts down on our confirmation calls in the morning

Easy to access list for recall, unscheduled treatments as well as missed and canceled appointments.

The software does not capture unscheduled appointments and treatment over older than one year.

How easily it sends the automatic emails to patients, also the list to call for recall and outstanding tx

I dont like that if someone leaves a good review but they dont do the review on Google and there is no way to post the good reviews on Recall max automatically to Google. Only the good ones !

The ability to provide texting confirmation is very helpful and patients enjoy this option very much

Would be nice if the reviews that patient leave could be directly linked to google reviews.

Contacting patients via texting is excellent. Not many people like to answer phone calls anymore. The notifications of missed scheduled patients if beneficial as well as the over due advisements.

Such a great convenient way to keep track of unscheduled patients.

I would rather it be on the bottom of the screen rather than the side as I constantly open it when my mouse is reaching for something on the side of the screen.

Its so helpful to fill gaps in schedules. The short call list is great.

The announcement creator portion of RecallMax needs improvements.

Unable to send mass texts to patients. Expensive for a small dental office, should have a lower price tier for smaller offices
