**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

We love the recall reminders for our patients and short list functions for filling appointments. It has lightened the load of our front end staff and reduced missed appointments.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

It would be nice if we could customize the automated messages a little more.

**What problems is MaxAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Maxassist's short list function and recall and appointment reminders has reduced missed appointments and lightened the front end staff's workload, resulting in higher production, less unscheduled time, and more time for front end to focus on other tasks.

Many useful things! 1) texting ability, 2) GeniusForms! 3) appointment reminders and confirmations 4) online bookings

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

Not many downsides for us. Would like to see dayof appointment reminders for certain patients who can't seem to remember their appointments! ;)

GeniusForms - very useful to have the forms filled out ahead of time

**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

Recall max helps us communicate with our patients via text which is very convenient to us as well as the patients. We also love that its user friendly and catagorizes our overdue patients

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

havent found one yet but would be nice to be able to send mass texts to groups of specific patients without having to go into the web page. ie. patients overdue 1+ years would love to send a message that appeared personal but could be sent to all of them and checking them off as we go would be a user fiendly option as wel but currently too much clicking for this option

the ease of contacting our patients for any reason even just sending a text for patients late for their appointments

Cannot add personalized text message options on a repeat basis. Have to cut and paste when sending.

**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

That is basically does a huge load of the work for you, no patient gets missed with the lists available

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

That it sends texts from too many different numbers, I wish it used our office number so patients wouldn't get confused. Patients should also be able to respond to auto texts and not get a message saying that thier message was invalid because we still see it.

It is making sure our patients are constantly reminded that they are due for an appointment which leads to booking up the schedule

**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

The reminder calls were a game changer  in the beginning for staff time vs. making manual calls.  Now it is the use of technology, patients prefer to recieve text messages and emails to a phone call. They can receive a reminder or short notice message by text or email and get back to us at their conveience without having to interrupt their day with phone calls, especially when they are busy at work during the day. We use recall max daily, all throughout the day. Having a short notice that is sent with a few clicks is amazing and organized in such a  way that is saves so much time going patient by patient to fill a short notice opening in our schedule.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

One drawback would be the randomized numbers, would be great if they could have our office number show so it is familiar and the same each time a message is sent.

**What problems is MaxAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ease of replacing daily reminder calls for all patients to an automated system that just happens daily in the background.  Next step was having an automated short notice list with multiple factors for choosing which patients get notified based on the patients preferred days, times and providers. This system saves time and wasted energy that can be redirected into other tasks within the office. And not to mention that patients prefer these methods of communication, text messages and emails.

I coundn't imagin doing my work without it. It has made my job so much more efficiant, from appointment reminder to scheduling short notice patients.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

Currently running the latest version of Dentrix, however this program is not completly intergrated.  It would be nice to select a patient from the appointment screen instead of do a search to pull up the patient in the RecallMax program.

So easy to use. The text messaging options are a great help to fill open appointments or to send information. The Forms that we have patients fill out online are integrated into our Dentrix software.

To be honest, I do not have any real dislikes with RecallMax!!!

**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

I really like that it sends a reminder 2 weeks before, 2 days before and the day of the appointment. My patients really appriciate that. I also like that i can call support and get great service very quickly. I will and do recommend Recall max to my friends that work in Dental offices. The software is so easy to use and so easy to learn. Everyone in my office use it help with booking and retention.

I wish recall max showed the insurance info as well.

They fixed the New Patient forms to how we need them.I was really pleased

The fact that it is mostly hidden, but if you accidentally hover over it while working on something else it shows the task bar. It annoying sometimes.

The staff is always helpful and pleasant.  They are fast and efficient.  The program is about 6 months in for us and we are using more and more of the features all the time.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

We still feel that we have to go back and forth to our scheduling program a bit, but we are starting to "trust" Recallmax more and more.

**What problems is MaxAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I feel we have better control of our outstanding treatment and for recalls ALL patients are notified at once when they are due which is efficient for us.  Time saver.

I love the ease of use. Recall max was installed very quickly and we were able to use it right away. Patient communication is easy to see, and respond to. We have it up on our computers all day and it never gets in the way.  Patients love how once they confirm appointments, they are not constantly bothered with reminders, like our old texting system did.

There is nothing we do not like about RecallMax!

It helps us with recall. Saves us time with messaging but we still have to do a lot of calling. It is organized in a way that is easier to reach patients.

We wish it was like our last system with text messaging. The app is also difficult to keep open while using other systems, so I tend to log out and only use when necessary.

RecallMax has helped get many very past due patients back in the office!

**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

Our office uses daily the reminder and texting options on Recall its a great way to get in touch with PTS and can be faster than sending an email in many cases. 
We as well utilize the annoucnments tab whenver we have a mass email to be sent to our patients

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

The only thing not ideal about recall is that in the reminders it will prompt people to repy a number to comfirm when they do that it says invalid response.

People who do not want phone calls or emails are able to text us. As well we use the overdue list from the ystem which i a easy way to find PTs to contact.

It is efficient with forms and texting and confirmations
It is a great way to know who has already made contact so you aren't repeatedly bothering the patient with the same concerns
You don't have to go on a wild goose chase for overdue patients

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

If you have a small practice not all the features could be used to their full potential
Some of the lists only have a handful of people able to be put on it which skews out numbers making it come across as we are not utilizing the product and the short notice list is useful but we don't have many people to put on it again making it seem as though our numbers are bad when really our patient base is just currently small
It's not very customizable when it comes to forms

Easy to leave patients messages when they are unavailable for us to reach them via call. We can send mass messages to our clients which makes life easier.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

ineffective in having patients to confirm via recallmax. Many factors are at play here from language barrier to inability of system to only recognize a set of numbers for patients to confirm instead of being more simplistic with possibly asking them to text back ok/OK/confirm/confirmed. I think having system recognize a more wider selection of answers can improve confirmation via app.

Recall Max has helped reduce our Administrators time on the phones and has helped increase appointments being booked. There are so many features that help us build our practice. The ease of integration and ease of use of the software was impressive. Also the great customer support available through RM has been so helpful.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

Recall Max has been very helpful in all aspects. It is great, there is  nothing that I dislike.

Very effective! Does excatly what we need it to do! Love that it sync's well with our dental software! Friendly and helpful customer service reps.

Wish it was more user friendly! Other than that, it's been very helpful!

It's been great for reminding our patients when they are due or overdue for exam and cleaning. It helps so we stay busy and are able to fill the schdeule. Also able to fill last minute openings pretty quick with this program!

Its Great for contacting patients by text and making staff more accountable for the calls. I love how you can keep track of the production. Easy to reach customer support.

no personalize email to appt type, cant tell pts to coome earlier to specific appts, does not recognize completes or new patients in our system. It tells us pts are overdue and have just been in- somethings not matching.

I like how user friendly it is and offers aot of features.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

I do not like that after some appointments are changed patients still get reminders for their old appointment date, Or if they book a year in advance they get a notification immedialty and it confuses them .

It helps with communication with patients, even if they don't respond with the directed response at least they message back sometimes.

We like the appointment confirmations and reminders that are sent to patients due for Hygiene

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

All of the add ons  like reputation max, two way texting, digital forms (unlimited) , making changes etc are billed in addition to the monthly charge when competitior software options include all of these things and for a lower monthly fee.

Saves us some time for appointment confirmations but a lot of patients do not respond

**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

We love that all the recall tracking and messaging is done for us in the background. It takes a lot of weight off of our shoulders by having to do it all on our own! Also the chat feature is utilized between the staff and patients as our number one preferred form of communication. It is so quick and convenient and we have so much more success in reaching our patients by text than phone call or email.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

There aren't any significant downsides of RecallMax that we have ever come across and have been using it for a few years now!

**What problems is MaxAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled for years to figure out an effective way to track and reach out to our patients for recall appointments or any kind of appointments. Now that we have been using RecallMax it has made it so much easier and more effective to track our recalls, send out messages to patients, and quickly see other family members' needs for care. The follow-up feature has allowed us to keep track of patients so they are not lost in the mix of things, and we can always stay on top of our proposed treatment. The chat feature has allowed us to communicate successfully and quickly with our patients better than we were able to before. We no longer have to spend countless hours on the phone and wait for callbacks or emails to be returned; the patients love it too!

limited capacity with the forms features ex: attatching consents to appointmnet statuses. Changing individual patient preferences for appointment reminders ex: some like 1 week only some like one month, two week, one day etc

not loving that I cannot change the forms. I have mastered sign forms and don't like the charge to make your own. I wouldnt have switched for this reason alone.

Should be able to use our existing number (competitors do it). Online booking is limited, we still use our own in house booking system. Should have a screen to view all SMS history, regardless of patient name. Would be nice to have a full cloud based GUI.

**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

RecallMax is a fantastic software, and it has benefitted our practice immensely. The forms integration has helped us keep our consents and medical forms organized, and freed up time for our admin team to focus on other things. The online scheduler option through our website has allowed us to increase our bookings.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

The one improvement that RecallMax could make is allowing more freedom within the online scheduler. The ability to adjust the time units to 15min units, scheduling multiple chairs for the same doctor. As well, when an appointment is scheduled, the time block should be removed for the booking options.

Another option that would be nice to add to recallmax would be an intra-office communication system, like Yapi offers.

**What problems is MaxAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reminder calls/emails- the automated system sending out messages with the option to online schedule is fantastic, and even 1 booking frees up time for the admin team to do other things.

I like that RecallMax organizes the patients into easily accessible and concise lists. It makes finding and calling patients easier and removes the guesswork of what treatment is needed. I also like that it is easy to see who else in the family needs appointments

I don't really have any issues with what RecallMax offers in terms of being able to make phone call lists easier to access; the only thing I don't particularly like is the layout of the treatment needed tab. It can be difficult to see multiple treatment plans at the same time

It lets us keep track of who is making calls and how many each day. Because it creates a daily list it also lets staff clearly see what needs to be done by the end of the day

We love that the system auto- confirms our patients, freeing up a good part of our day. I would say 90% + confirm through the RecallMax system, so there are only a few calls to make each day. We also really appreciate the aut-recall reminders as that is a least favourite job around here.  We also use the texting feature to text our patients about other things than recalls.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

I wish the recall messages that were already reached out to by our staff (phone call after the auto-recalls) went off the list for a chosen amount of time to give more of a visual of the amount of people left to call ourselves.

The problem of patients not remembering their appointments, as this gives a written accurate appointment time to their phones and emails.

**What do you like best about MaxAssist?**

Automatic confirmations and recall reminders are a game changer. Before recallMax we still confirmed by SMS, but it was all manual, now we rarely need to manually call or text anybody.

**What do you dislike about MaxAssist?**

The interface is a little dated in appearance..I would prefer a fully functional web portal. This is minor since the functionality makes up for this.

**What problems is MaxAssist solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our hygiene had too many gaps, now we are booking weeks in advanace. It is also very useful for tracking unfinished treatment and I like how each staff member has their own login to track things.
