Direct communication and flexibility in terms of fees - I didn't want to spend 10k EUR+ without having prior experience with the agencies. The extensive network has been great. We have been able to reach the audience that we are focused on, generate statistically significant samples, and develop comprehensive reports to help us make business decisions. They have allowed us to have access and control over the underlying data and a price that has been about 50% less than some of the other vendors that we used previously.
